The pizza was ok

Thin base italian pizza; if i want just one piece, there are just two flavors available. Others are whole package. Tasted good.

Woah....this place is no joke! I am from the NYC area and was passing through D.C... I ate here 2 nights in a row...the best calzone, lasagna, chicken wings, pizza, cheesecake and baklava I have ever eaten, and my family and I often have Italian food. The people that work here truly care about taste, quality, and service. Not to be missed!

I ordered delivery and spent over $35 on pasta, but they didn’t include any utensils or even a single napkin. For that price, you’d think they’d at least cover the basics. Really disappointing. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I didn’t know pizza could taste like that.

Mind you, I’m an American, and not from Italy. But there is just something about a perfectly balanced combination of bread, sauce, and cheese that really sings.

Our family started off with garlic bread, which was the first indication that this was going to be a delicious meal. And the marinara sauce… oh my! I need this homemade recipe because it is so good.

We also ordered a cheese slice of pizza, a pepperoni slice of pizza with a starter of French fries, and a custom 10” pizza (garlic sauce, original crust, bacon and basil toppings). Kid also got a Fanta Orange soda. (The pictures of the individual slices of pizza are misleading: that’s the same plate as the 10” pizza plate. Those slices are huge!)

A little pricy. It’s November 2024, and the total came out to $55.77 before tip. Now I didn’t notice they put on a gratuity of 20% when they rang it up, so I ended up tipping extra. In the end though, worth the money!

Photo note: the cheesy garlic bread is only one piece. It’s about six times as big. We forgot to take photos until it was almost gone.

Great experience, good food. Great pizza.
Very clean, great staff. A good cozy spot for lunch & dinner.

Dietary restrictions: I'm sure they have them, but unfortunately, I was not looking at that moment.

Parking: Free parking on the street on Sunday. During the week, regular pay to park on the street. I'm in the zone so it's free for me.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, if your kids like good pizza and good Italian food.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

10/2024: Skip the chicken parmigiana dinner. Two chicken fingers covered in poor sauce and cheap cheese over awful spaghetti. The portion was small. At best, this dish should be on the kids menu. Good luck!

The pizza and crust were both good, but it was significantly overpriced for what you get. I can get twice as much of the same quality elsewhere for the same price, and most times even tastes better. I should have known better, given that it was dinner time on a Saturday and the place was nearly empty. On top of that, a 20% tip was automatically added to the bill without any warning ahead of time, regardless of party size. Who does that? One large Supreme Pizza, Garlic Bread, and three waters.

Parking: The street parking is a very busy roadside but not out of the ordinary for the area.
