If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered delivery at 7:30pm and NEVER GOT MY FOOD. There is no phone number or email address to reach out to. There is no way to fix the problem. Horrendous! Will be actively telling everyone I know not to order from here ever. I need a refund.

Do not order from this place the service is bad and the workers do not pay attention to detail when distributing orders for pick up let alone the food is terrible here, the one in Arlington VA is 1000% more better. Similar place better quality.

Thinking that this will be your late night saving grace?? SPARE YOURSELF THE SCAM. There is no accessible bathroom for customers. The workers do everything they can to ignore your simple requests/needs at the counter, even after ordering. Also, this place is located in the middle of nowhere — so be safe if coming alone late at night. Ordered Roll Play (twice this night) — no email confirmation, no refunds or order updates, and no food ever came after “contacting the restaurant” at the checkin station. Ended up ordering Disbe Good in better hopes and that took forever! Not to mention the plantains, beef suya, rice, and wings were ALL overcooked. 😪 Terrrrrrible experience folks. Just head to a 24hr McDonalds or Bob and Edith’s 24hr Diner.

We operated our food business as tenants at Ivy City Food Works for a year, concluding our lease in early September 2024. However, as of November 2024, our commission deposit has yet to be returned, and we encountered some overcharges. The facility team seldom replies to our communications.
Update: the deposit was returned in full in December.
If you're considering this facility for your food business, proceed with caution. I've heard other stories from other tenants, too, but do not write here those secondhand cases. Feel free to stop by our new location if you'd like to discuss our experiences in more detail.

This ghost kitchen is super convenient with a ton of options, making it a solid choice for grabbing food on the way to Lost Generation Brewing. While the food isn’t exactly fresh-out-of-the-kitchen quality, it’s still tasty and holds up well for takeout. The variety is the real selling point—you’re bound to find something that hits the spot. I was so excited to try it. So I went and ordered last night, only to wait 45mins and then have ur money refunded. Bummer right??? Then today, I ordered a breakfast at 8am only to receive it at 10:30. Ice cold. The delivery guy was great tho. Are we going to get better?
