This is just a sad window in a room, with some lockers set up on the side, and absolutely no one there to speak or answer questions. There is an iPad sitting on the counter and that’s about as much customer service as you’re going to get. I called the business number and no one picked up. I called again and a man answered saying that he runs a completely different restaurant. I’ve been here at least 20 minutes trying to pick up my order (which the iPad can’t seem to find) and I haven’t seen a single soul show up to this window yet. Completely ridiculous experience.

What a joke. It’s a window that no one staffs with an iPad and lockers for delivery drivers to pick up food. If you call Ize’s number, no one answers.After waiting 15 minutes, a rude woman says my order must have been stolen from a locker. Get that mistakes happen, but how do you operate a business like this?
