They do not open at 6:30–you will be disappointed. This was my second time trying to go to this Jamba Juice. The first time they opened late and my online order was so delayed I had to go catch my train before it was done... The second time they “were running behind” and weren’t open either. I’m sure the drinks are fine, but it’s a poorly run operation.

I visited this location on Sunday, 02-25-24. I ordered a small mango-a-gogo for breakfast before leaving the city. There was only one young lady working; there were two people ahead of me, but as she was pleasant and kept the line moving. My smoothie was so good, I almost forgot to take a picture. Sure I'll be stopping by again the next time I'm in Union Station.

Do not waste your money here. The mix was powdered and it tasted so processed.I was really looking forward to a good smoothie .

Awesome smoothie, kind staff and clean store. In and out within 2-3 minutes once I ordered my smoothie.

I am truly sorry for what I'm about to post. I have visited numerous Jamba Juice locations from Hawaii to DC. First and foremost, the service was ok. The attention to detail in an order could have been a life or death type of situation for me if I did not second guest the proper completion of my order. I have had knowledge of my allergies to mangoes since 2011. I informed the person who took my order of this allergy when I placed my order. I've always ordered the same smoothie apples and greens without mangoes, and most of the time, replace the juice with fresh OJ. This time, I made it very simple and clear, only no mangoes. Well, the receipt did not Indicate no Mangoes and as expected, my smoothie had mangoes in it. It is very important to pay attention to orders and repeat everything to make sure you have it right. That was not the case here. My order was repeated and also confirmed without mangoes, but that's not what i was given. I have come to the conclusion that I need to make my own smoothie because this could have been bad for me. People without allergies are so careless when it comes to someone who has them.

Conveniently located at Union Station not far from the Nation's Capitol. The Dragon fruit Delight was perfect for a warm day outside touring D.C.

I loved Jamba Juice growing up and stopped here on a recent trip back home. My drink was more liquid than smoothie and a lot sweeter than I recalled.

I went here for the first time on a Friday afternoon before I got on the train. I decided on an Açaí bowl. The presentation was beautiful. I waited to eat it until I was on the train. It was ready good. The fruit was nice and fresh and the portions were very generous. I would definitely order from here again the next time I'm at Union Station. The service was also good.

Never had Jamba before. The acai berry combo antioxidant was tasty and not too sweet. Sooo good! And very efficient service.

Upon entering you're greeted. The AC and ventilation is off and on here. Sometimes it feels amazing here with a good amount of free flowing fresh & cool air. But a few times it has been humid. Either way it was worth it.The employees are very friendly as well as highly social. They're always smiling and happy which is a major plus. Also the smoothies have always tasted amazing. They're usually thick which is a plus. Watered down smoothies are terrible because they taste very liquified. When it's thick it means they used a good amount of fruit to make it which is very good. The overall environment was very clean and organized. I've noticed after they make the smoothies they put the blender containers in the sink to wash which is a major plus. So many smoothie places cut corners these days by not rinsing in-between orders. Here they actually do the right thing which is good. The pricing is a little high but their smoothies are very addictive. Lol.... Plus it's healthy. The general crowd is mainly adults. Mainly middle to high class. The noise level is normal for a smoothie place. Quiet and relaxed besides the blenders.Overall. A++++

I don't know if this normal because this was my first Jamba Juice experience. I got a "gotcha matcha green tea" with some strawberry boba and was really put off by the fact that it was mostly ice. After I drank a little I was left with a huge ice block which was impossible to suck any juice out of-- I couldn't get to the boba at the bottom because of it. It was basically water with a slight hint of green tea so I dumped it out to try and at least enjoy the boba. That part was okay. To its credit the little bit of juice that was there was good but for like $9 it was a huge disappointment. That's a lot of money for a drink at least it is for me. The woman who served me seemed nice, but that's really all I can say about this joint. I also would love a few tables nearby but I understand that's probably more a Union Station problem than theirs. My score only reflects my feelings on the drink.

I have bought and made smoothies before, but I was curious enough to try a Jamba Juice bowl. After a four-hour train ride, I needed to refuel and figured it was a great opportunity to give Jamba a shot. The acai primo bowl was EVERYTHING. It was fresh, cool (perfect for summer-like temperatures), nutritious, delicious, and energy-boosting. I highly recommend and plan to try the other bowls and even the smoothies that they offer, Yummy!
