Worse experience ever, the staff were so rude and disrespectful. I got there at 5:30 pm but she refused to sell anything and closed the store although the closing time was 6:00 pm at google map and on the front door sign.

It was the worst experience ever! I love Jamba Juice's fresh juices, and it’s my first choice everywhere I go. I was visiting DC, and in the hot weather, I found this location of Jamba Juice in a plaza. Both Google Maps and the sign on the door stated that they would close at 6:00 pm, but when we arrived at 5:30 pm, we were met with very rude behavior from the staff. They refused to serve us, claiming they were closing early without any explanation. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to Jamba Juice. Very disappointed!

Placed a mobile order a few hours after physically checking to ensure the kiosk hours would align with the time that my family and I were going to get smoothies after a long day. Mobile order went through about 30 mins prior to closure but when we immediately walked downstairs to get the drinks, the kiosk was fully closed with no one inside and the cover on. Very disappointing and now we are out the money spent for 4 smoothies.

Had a small Pomegranate Paradise it was absolutely nasty taste just like water and drop color of grape juice and ice water. Had peaches in it and the small pieces kept getting into the strew. Throw right in the trash can so disappointed. Shanita, made it so fast probably had it already made and sitting in a container somewhere it was watery and not blended to much. Maybe I need to contact DC inspector due to the fact I seen some not so clean counter and hand washing around there either.I call they didn’t pickup the phone at all. Have my receipt $8.58 want my money back never again. Just thought they change from (4) years ago. NOT!. If you buy a drink from them be aware to high for a small and yet the taste was mixed with grape juice all it was. Smoothie not suppose to be water and fruit. Very disappointed maybe I will contact the corporate office ?

Love us some Jamba! I didn’t realize it was in a massive food court underneath the plaza, but then I saw a bus load of people heading down some stairs. Classic flavors and refreshing.

I love love Jamba Juice and they never disappoint and the service A1 the ones I love the most are White Gummy & Pink Star try I’m telling you , you will love them both add daily vitamin you won’t even taste it and it’s good for you
