I paid for extra meat and I swear to God they didn't even give me a single portion, let alone double. The manager on duty actually told me that she was the one who made my order, so the skimping is coming directly from management. I'm never coming to this location again. Now that the company has been absorbed by private equity, we are officially witnessing the death of our favorite national sub chain. RIP Jersey Mike's

If you order through the app, don't expect them to make your sandwich until you get there. That's why I stopped coming. Whoever said go to vace to get a sandwich is absolutely correct.
Great place to eat! Highly recommend. Don't trust google maps to go there, go on the starbucks street and it's there
