I'd like to start off by saying I love this location. I come in to the store and it's great atmosphere every week. The cleanliness lately has been impeccable and the staff is very friendly. This is my usual dinner spot after 6pm on weekends.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience yesterday going to Jersey Mikes on January 19th around 3pm and will be going to a different location moving forward.
A very rude boy who was making my hot sub yelled at me and gave me attitude while I was standing in line. The type of disrespect that was shown to me was outright appalling. He started using vulgar language and giving attitude to everyone in the store, including the other staff. I couldn't get his name but I ordered several steak and cheese sandwiches and was met with attitude and reluctancy to make them throughout the 25 minutes it took me to get my food. I was even more shocked when I got home and opened my sandwich to find it was missing half of the condiments I asked for and my steak was partially raw.
I will not be returning to this location, even more so if I'm being yelled at by a boy making my sandwich.

I visited Jersey Mike this morning upon opening. And i observed the knife after associated fix sandwich that the cashier cuts the sandwich, and put knife on bare counter, not on paper, or some type of cloth. No cleaning in between cutting sandwich. This is hazardous because you don't know what the previous customer, is allergic to that another customer received on sandwich.

Terrible service. I ordered through the app. Completely ignored when I went to pick up the order after I asked them several times about my order. Meanwhile the order was just sitting behind the cashier. When I asked about the order the cashier rolled his eyes. So frustrating! They do not fulfill the app orders and provide to customers any service.

You’ll go hungry after work and even though there’s only one person in front of you, they’ll mix up the sandwich bags. If you’re flexible with your sandwiches when you find out later when you get home, it’s fine and does the job.

One day you might get awesome customer service the next day not so good.... Came on the weekend it was amazing by Wednesday everyone had attitudes rushing me to make my food when no one else is in line but one person ahead of me.

I was very disappointed today with the service at Jersey Mike's. Someone needs to make sure that the employees are following strict and consistent food safety procedures. I purchased sandwiches today (01/28/25) at the Market Street location. I did not see the young lady change gloves after using the register. I saw her handle my sandwich with bare hands. However, another employee assured me that she changes gloves each time. I was of the opinion that the employees use the register without gloves and handles customer food with gloves.
Another complaint I have is that they handle your food so sloppy. I understand that they are trying to serve you as fast as they can, however, I do feel good about eating food that I see handled so sloppy and without care. Please, please, train our young people better. Thanks!
During my visit to Jersey Mike's today, I encountered a concerning food safety practice. A staff member transitioned directly from sweeping the floor to preparing sandwiches. While they did wear gloves, moving from floor cleaning duties to food preparation without proper handwashing is concerning from a hygiene perspective. When I politely raised this concern, I was disappointed by the dismissive response from the employee, who responded with visible frustration and unprofessional behavior.
As a regular customer at this location, I've noticed an ongoing issue with staff attitudes when receiving customer feedback. This interaction was particularly disappointing given Jersey Mike's usual standards for customer service. I hope management can address both the food safety protocols and customer service training to maintain the quality experience customers expect.

I don't expect to see a response from Jersey Mike's. The employees here are straight up racist against white people. I thought we were better than this.
I'm sitting here waiting on my food the young lady that's fixing the cold sandwiches keeps throwing her hair back with her hand with a glove on it be she continues to touch the food cutting and then wrapping it up please control your employees hair they should have nets on all that hair if I see it lord knows what else is being done
