This franchise is sloppy. They give your order to the wrong person without checking then tell you there's nothing they can do.

Dealing with this location's stupidity would be ok if the food was as good as it was 5 years ago but they've cheapened all their ingredients.

Go to a different location.

The female with colorful locs 10/5/25 was very very disrespectful tell a person how they want their sandwich cut like normap places cut in half or request in 4s she was very disrespectful and over all my first time coming to this location and heard her telling other workers I was trying tell her this etc but even doing order online coming inside wanted to ask a question since requested a pickup time the female said with locs she'll b with you didn't give me a chance at all if I have cameras then run it around 330 or so

I hope I'm spelling Furnell's name right, because he's the reason I'll be going back to the jersey Mike's store near the Rhode Island Metro station. He not only made me the best veggie sandwich I've ever had, he cleaned the entire meat machine before he used it to slide my cheese. I have never been to a jersey Mike's where someone was that thoughtful and clean. Thank you JM for hiring someone like him- I'll def be back!!

I have to apologize because I actually wrote an inaccurate review regarding this business. I confused them with Charley's Cheesesteaks and Wings and ended up writing the wrong review for the wrong business. Thus, let me give my accurate take regarding my visit to this establishment.

This may have been the second or third time I've been to this location but I have visited in a while since I dont live in the area. I've been to the Ritchie Station location prior to this DC location and I have to say, I was thoroughly satisfied on all my visits.

The cheeseteaks that I've gotten have been really good. The meat was plentiful and the seasonings in combination with the cheese was in point. It wasn't dry like other establishments and I felt like my money was well spent when I was done. I appreciate someone reaching out to me when they saw that the review I wrote before (which, again, was supposed to be for an entirely different establishment), did not meet my expectations. I'll definitely be back in the future to try some of their other options. You should check them out, too when you're close by. Let me know what you think.

Dropped in for an Original Italian Sub sandwich on my way to Home Depot from the Metro. The Sub was delicious. The service was great. The store was clean and the atmosphere was, well, for a Jersey Mike’s - regular! Nothing fancy!

Best jersey mikes hands down. Every time I come here the staff is always friendly, the sandwich’s are always good and the music is always great. Everyone always has a great attitude and a smile on their face.

Food & service was impeccable, loved the philly cheesesteak I got from there so delicious & tasty. Planning on going back this week.

Sandwich was just like i ordered. If you ordered extra oil and vinegar should be a side option or wrap or extra .
