Always a perfect sandwich

These guys are brain dead. Grabbed a sub before my Amtrak and they didn't even cut the sub. How tf am I supposed to eat a giant sub as one piece - really basic stuff. Just fire everyone and close them down already this is absurd.

I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long for a sandwich

Worst service ever. I got my sandwich about 20 minutes ago. The sandwich maker Shellena seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. She did not even change gloves. The lettuce was brown so I opted out and her customer service was trash. I will throwing this sandwich away. The young man was smacking on gum. I was so relieved that he wasn’t making my sandwich. I will NEVER go to that location again. It is sad because I have been wanting a sandwich from this store for weeks. I probably never eat from them again. What a waste of time and money.

Hostile employees yelling at customers and being shockingly rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting, an Uber Eats driver asked to pick up an order and asked them to hand it to him across the counter. She yelled at him and instructed the other employee to block him from picking up at that location, simply for asking for his order.

Management, if you want to improve the customer experience, start by talking with the two women who were working at 11:30 on April 25. Their behavior was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.

No bread? At 4pm? You serious? Settled for wraps but that even took 20 minutes…. With no one else in line…

They were out of wheat bread so had to wait 10 mins which was my choice. Sandwich was terrible. I asked for a little bit of cherry pepper relish and it was slathered on. There was way too much tuna on the sandwich and too much oil & vinegar. it was soggy immediately.

I LOVE jersey mikes. The one in skillman NJ is always a 10 so this was a total disappointment. Skip this one, there's so many better options at union station.

Poor service, employee was talking to his friend the entire time despite 5+ people in line. Was distracted and messed up orders. Said that they were out of lettuce and “weren’t going to get more out” because they were closing in 30 minutes.

Wish we read the reviews first!!! Wife got a sandwich while waiting for our train. A few hours later, her stomach started cramping and she did not want to leave the hotel the rest of our trip.

I love Jersey Mike's, but not this one. My server was on his cell phone the entire time he made my sandwich, included the wilted lettuce. Go someplace else.
