On 8/14/25 around 2 pm my boyfriend stood in line for his order. I already had my dinner from Chik-Fil-A and sat in the dining area at Jersey Mikes.
A fairly large black female employee apparently brought her 8-10 yr old son to work with her.
The boy sat at the table next to me TOTALLY unsupervised. He pushed his table and chair back and forth so hard that it was extremely disturbing and became dangerous to other customers.
I recently had a bad leg injury and asked him to stop twice. I was concerned that either the table or the chair would re-injure my leg. Each time his behavior became worse. He pushed and shoved harder and harder. When we finally left I whispered in his ear “you shouldn’t behave like this.” We walked away and his mother came after me yelling and accused me of badgering her son. Amtrak security questioned me…..it was embarrassing.
The mother should be reported to CPS for not attending to her son.

Jersey Mike’s Subs: The founder’s now a billionaire, private equity’s got the keys, and the workers keep churning out sandwiches that are as mediocre as the CEO’s patience for profit sharing. The subs are fresh, but justice for the workers? Not so much—guess the real secret sauce is corporate greed!

Overall, had a very bad experience with the workers. There was one worker doing just about everything and I had to wait 8 minutes when there was one person in line. There was a young lady that stood at the counter and asked to place an order (completely unaware of where the line begins) and one of the workers mocked her telling her go to the otherside. It is loud and could overstimulate some people. I would avoid this place just due to the poor service. It is upsetting having a food chain with completely ignorant workers. Sorry for the rant, but there is no reason to ever treat customers like these dudes did!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are brain dead. Grabbed a sub before my Amtrak and they didn't even cut the sub. How tf am I supposed to eat a giant sub as one piece - really basic stuff. Just fire everyone and close them down already this is absurd.

Worst service ever. I got my sandwich about 20 minutes ago. The sandwich maker Shellena seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. She did not even change gloves. The lettuce was brown so I opted out and her customer service was trash. I will throwing this sandwich away. The young man was smacking on gum. I was so relieved that he wasn’t making my sandwich. I will NEVER go to that location again. It is sad because I have been wanting a sandwich from this store for weeks. I probably never eat from them again. What a waste of time and money.

Hostile employees yelling at customers and being shockingly rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting, an Uber Eats driver asked to pick up an order and asked them to hand it to him across the counter. She yelled at him and instructed the other employee to block him from picking up at that location, simply for asking for his order.

Management, if you want to improve the customer experience, start by talking with the two women who were working at 11:30 on April 25. Their behavior was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.
