I love Jersey Mike's, but not this one. My server was on his cell phone the entire time he made my sandwich, included the wilted lettuce. Go someplace else.

Watches as sandwich was prepared by a young lady who's unsecured synthetic hair was all over the food and counter. She was handling her hair while making the sandwich. With hostile employees, I will not be back.

I tired to order 2 subs and use my points but they were closed for 10 minutes. We waited and then when I told them I wanted to use my app they said they don't do that??? Like at least put up a sign or something. Do not even bother going here.

I would give less stars if I could. Found synthetic hair baked into the bread of one sandwich. Be careful. Also the service is trash.
Has never got an order right and they don’t list their phone number to even call them. 24 dollars for an incorrect order that takes an hour from a mile away? Close this branch.
