I love Jersey Mikes but this location needs to close down. This is by far my worst experience in any Jersey Mikes. The employee I delt with straight up does not care about anything he touches or anyone he speaks to.

No bread at 5 pm...on a Friday...they close at 6..employee baking alot of bread....whoever owns this location should be very concerned about theft...

On 1/8/24 at 11:15 am at this location I wasn't able to get food because it was only 1 person there and he was the manager. He told me the only way he could take my order was if I placed an order through Uber eats or DoorDash and I don't have neither of those apps. It's totally unacceptable for the location.

I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, but this location could be way better. Not accepting Mike’s points, or even a gift card is the fault of the owner. Why be a part of the granchise and not accept everything that goea along with it? Sad. The sandwiches are good, but the bread could have been better. The wheat bread was a tad stale.

I did a delivery Uber eats order , I’m missing my drink and chips . $7 + ! Phone is sending me to a corporate number no direct phone number . My lunch is ruined . Haven’t had Jersey Mikes in a while . Don’t like this .

The employees are always rude. They don't take gift cards for some reason. Won't be going back.
They charged my child $22 for a regular sub. I will not go to this restaurant ever. PRICE GOUGING !! I am a regular at Jersey Mikes and I've never paid $22 for a 6 inch cold sandwich ever.

My first ever eating from Jersey Mike's. I am not a sub-sandwich person but bought a turkey club form the Laurel, Md establishment and was very pleased as the staff assisted me with the type of sandwich to get. The customer service I received was also welcoming. Will visit again.
