The oyster shocker cherrypicked nice, large, and plump oysters thru hsi quality co trol system for the customer before me who ordered 1/2 a dozen with him in Spanish. When I ordered 1 dozen with him, he didn't eliminate the smaller poor-quality and sad-looking oysters like he did for other customers. so I got a plate of very inconsistent and different oysters than the customers before and after me.
