Sandwich was okay, bread was a little firm. Definitely not as good as JJ down in Miami.

Worst Jimmy John’s I think I’ve ever been to. Employees were super unfriendly and the food was not fresh — should’ve driven to literally any other Jimmy John’s. Additionally, store itself is the size of a shoe box.

Due to a schedule change, at 4:00pm on a busy Friday, I had to find a way to feed 28 people quickly. We were at a large hotel, so I was trying to be efficient, but discreet. I created an account on the JJ website and started a group order, adding email addresses for all 28 people on my team. Everyone received a link to create their own choice of sandwich, made to their request. As the 'host', I had the option to limit or edit their order, if I wanted. We got everyone's requested order in by 4:30pm. I asked them to deliver the whole order by 5:45pm, assuming I would get a call or email saying this was impossible. Instead, I immediately got an email saying 'order received'. I was at the front door of the hotel on time, but noticed there was a huge traffic tie up, so I figured it might take a while. To my shock, the driver was there by 5:55pm. Somehow cut through all that rush-hour traffic. Even better; everyone really enjoyed their sandwiches! I ordered the Italian and it was fresh and tasty! Very satisfied and still amazed at how quickly they were able to process and deliver such great sandwiches. Will definitely order from JJ's again!! Kudos!!

Question? What happened to the potatoe salad. It looks as if someone literally put enough to cover the bottom of the container. A bag of 3-5 pound potatoes cost anywhere from $3- $6 also depending on the sale. But because you guys dont do sales, its not fair to customers who and which we are all living in a recession, can't afford to get short handed.

I ordered a giant veggie sub through Uber Eats and they sent me a turkey sandwich. I don't know why Uber switched to this location. The one across from Macy's at Metro Center is way better. Will not be ordering from them again.
By a large margin this is the worst Jimmy John’s location I’ve frequented. The food is not fresh, and the portion sizes are a joke. I paid $8 for not even a full piece of bread and not even a full slice of roast beef. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Food was average at best, much less than other JJs I’ve been to. Ordered the Lulu, they forgot the bacon. Also didn’t have American cheese, only cheddar and charged us more for it?! Def no need in returning to this spot when so many other options are near and available

They live up to their brand. There isn’t much street parking but because they are so fast it usually isn’t a problem.

You cannot get anything heated up here. All cold subs. Crazy. The very friendly employees are apologetic about it.

Tried it for the first time and has a good Cesar's Salad Wrap. ?
Fir a quick and easy take away meal it was absolutely OK.
Service was fast and friendly.
Parking: Parking garage next to the shop but expensive.
Wheelchair accessibility: No way for handicapped people. There are 5 hard steps in the shop, you have to take them for ordering....

40 minute waiting times for a single sandwich is not what I expect from a jimmy johns
I’ve eaten here a few times due to limited take out options in the area. It’s never been great. I love Jimmy John’s, but this location is a below average representation of the franchise. Unlike most JJ locations, the bread here never seems fresh. The customer service is pretty poor. The employees always seem to be having a good time with each other and as the customer, you feel like you’re interrupting that. Today, there was loud Spanish music playing which is weird for a Jimmy John’s. Seating is extremely limited at this location and parking is nonexistent. If you’re in the area, and wanting a sandwich, I recommend the Potbelly a few blocks away.
Kid-friendliness: Not really.
Wheelchair accessibility: No. You have to walk down stairs to get to the counter to order.
