I'm always looking for a new favorite place to spend lots of money at. Unfortunately after spending $18 they said it would cost $2 for a small cup of ice. I can't support that business practice and if you vote with your dollars and wouldn't agree to it either, don't go here.
Daquan and Antonio are some of the best people I could’ve come across for ordering a sandwich. They really let me CashApp one of them to pay when I forgot my wallet. Great service, great food, what else could you want.
The food was not great. My tuna was very salty and my service was not great at all.
I usually like jimmy John's but the bread was stale as f@%k
I haven't been a big fan of Jimmy John's recently, but this location seems to still have fairly quick times and decent portions of ingredients. As far as Jimmy John's go, this is a good location.

WARNING: Even though the website says that this location participates in the Freaky Friday Rewards, it does not. I emailed their corporate account who confirmed that they do not offer rewards even though the Jimmy John's website says they do. ☹
They're not fast, and I often get sandwiches with the bread completely split.. that makes it hard to enjoy! The customer service at the register sucks :-(
I think tht if the employees cared a little more & clean up the kitchen instead of talkin & laughin with each other it MIGHT be less complaints. But beings though I've been going there probably once a week when I go on break, & so far its been 2 yrs & nothin has changed for the better. I hate goin to tht location for multiple reasons. One main reason being I see a lot of mouse traps around & the chips have holes n them.. so yea I'll rather go to another location, even if I got to walk
Just because I order an unwich that doesn't mean I don't want my meat!

Walked in at 11:05. Staff said they open at 11:30. Very one was busy on their phones, though :(
Customer service could've been better but the sandwich was great
I love Jimmy John's, but they were out of onions and cucumbers and only accepting cash, and when I later ate my sandwich, they had forgotten the cheese. Also not super fast like most Jimmy John's, more like regular speed compared to the average sandwich shop

Jimmy Johns never disappoints. Friendly employees were willing to go out of their way to help me and my family while we were visiting on vacation!
