I'm disappointed because it seems to be a huge problem with the language barrier. I don't understand why it took so long to communicate what toppings I wanted to add to my sandwich. After receiving my sandwich, I swear they gave me a slither of tuna. I can't spend my money here if 1. I can't accurately place an order with your associates .2. I don't receive the value for what I'm paying for.

Stood there and was ignored when getting food . I usually order a BLT and chipotle ranch from JJs but from this particular location, it was nasty and had an aftertaste (both BLT and ranch sauce) i usually dont waste food but i did this time. I guess you cant control the food quality or taste because you cant taste it but do a better job with service. 1st and last time at this location

Wow I experience what another reviewer experienced . I like this Jimmy Johns and old guy with cap and bob hair dew didn't put tomatoes on my sandwich and joked with the workers about me liking extra mayonnaise and mustard on my club , he didnt want to put on my sandwich. I didn't say nothing and the 3rd time this happened I haven't been there in 3weeks like why do that and I have translator and not to mention I speak a few languages to as well. My sandwich only had lettuce and turkey + ham . Sad society. Appreciate your job ppl. Damn! With out us customer's you'll have no revenue! I won't b coming . Nobody wants a dry sandwich. My advice is to watch what you say around ppl. I have friends that are secret shoppers to as well

Love this Jimmy Johns but I don't like how the old Spanish guy w/ gray hair b looking at me trying make eyes at me and talking in Spanish to other ladies about me , I speak 40 languages iknow what they are saying plus I ask for extra mayo and mustard and alot of oil and vinegar just because I'm not spanish and they be asking their colleagues about my nationality doesn't give him the right to not want to put extra sauces on my sandwich. Men can b catty to. Why yall be looking at me like that. Everybody is not amino that's lightskin or biracial. I pay my money and I deserve swell service it's nothing downtown much to eat at on a lunch break.

Ordered from this location from uber eats and they sent me an entirely different order. They need to pay more attention to detail when using 3rd party delivery apps. Ordered a turkey tom with plain chips and got a tuna sandwich with bbq chips with another person with the same name as me with a completely different phone number and spelling. I really like Jimmy Johns, but $20 on an order that isn't yours is completely unacceptable.Reply to the 1st review: I revised my review, because even though they mixed things up they were able to rectify the situation. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Yanira, and she was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to get the right order delivered to me swiftly. I appreciate her for honoring my initial order even though it was placed through uber eats. Exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to anyone. Thanks so much again.

One of the most famous hamburger sandwich restaurant chains. I think this Jimmy John's was good place among similar casual restaurants around. The food was what you expect at Jimmy John's. I mean it was good, but it was their usual hamburger sandwiches. The premises was reasonably clean even in the busy hours (i.e. staffs were busy to clean). The staff seemed to speak only Spanish, but was kind, and I could easily tell she made her best effort to satisfy us. As I cannot expect the same thing at casual restaurants around, I like this place.
