I frequent this Jimmy John's because they are few and far between. Unfortunately, the service is subpar though the food is magnificent. I had asked to use the restroom after purchasing my food. I waited for 10 minutes. They tried to tell me that someone was in the bathroom. I left letting them know that I didn't believe them. I would have had more respect had they said the restroom wasn't open to the public. Guess I have to find another Jimmy John's.

I visited today and ordered the #7 (Italian sub). When I asked for it to be toasted, I was told it would be an extra $1. The menu clearly states that any “favorite sandwich” can be toasted, with no mention of an additional charge. Similar ppster is on the door too. I didn’t ask for anything extra, just for it to be toasted as advertised. Despite pointing this out, the lady behind the counter insisted on the extra charge. I cannot believe a restaurant actually charges for a sub to be toasted. Shame…

I went in to buy a gift card, and they told me they don’t carry gift cards and I can go to walmart or cvs to try and find one. What establishment doesn’t carry their own gift cards?!

Food really good! Drinks really good! Service really good! The only downside was a delivery truck unloading right in the doorway, making trip after trip into the establishment. But hey you are in the middle of the big city!

I'm disappointed because it seems to be a huge problem with the language barrier. I don't understand why it took so long to communicate what toppings I wanted to add to my sandwich. After receiving my sandwich, I swear they gave me a slither of tuna. I can't spend my money here if 1. I can't accurately place an order with your associates .2. I don't receive the value for what I'm paying for.

Stood there and was ignored when getting food . I usually order a BLT and chipotle ranch from JJs but from this particular location, it was nasty and had an aftertaste (both BLT and ranch sauce) i usually dont waste food but i did this time. I guess you cant control the food quality or taste because you cant taste it but do a better job with service. 1st and last time at this location
