Pretty good cheesesteak. Especially for DC. The good: Amaroso roll, thin sliced ribeye, the cheesesauce (and I’m a provolone and not a wiz guy). The not so good: steak should be chopped more and a bit greasier. I like provolone because, well the flavor, and I like it put on top of the steak while still on the grill and then chopped and mixed for the last couple minutes so it gets all gooey. My cheesesteak was mostly good and the tots were perfect - knocking down to 3 stars because I agree, something's missing with the cheese sauce. I think it was a little overpriced at $15, but everything in that strip tends to run pretty high honestly.
