It’s just the hype, literally my worst experience with the sandwich n the shake. I was super hungry when i ordered this n got disappointed. It is not even close to the actual Joe of Europe. Or you might can say a copycat version. Also it’s burnt n super oily like the parchment paper can even tell.

I visited this place just once in London, UK where I got the coffee with my old friend. Here in DC I had no expectations from Joe and The Juice, just a regular coffee chain. However, I was really impressed with this place on K St. Very spacious, a lot of space and seats by the window, which I love the most. The coffee is good. The service is quick.

I spent $44 on a sandwich, juice and pastry via uber eats. Not sure how someone actually thought this was edible… I paid for several extras this should have been discarded and remade— This is so unacceptable you guys have to do better, this is literally a basic sandwich it doesn’t get more basic than this!
Made me the wrong latte, then proceeded to remake the new one in less than 15 seconds before just haphazardly handing it to me and telling me to toss the other. Wasted way too much money on a cup of unflavored milk. Employees were frazzled after too many customers.

Came in with my family for a quick breakfast and was not impressed. We ordered coffee, matcha, smoothies and muffins. The only thing that was remotely tasty were the baked goods. The smoothie was super sweet and more like a juice than a smoothie, the matcha latte was just gross, tasted like the milk may have been sour and the iced coffee was watery. The service was slow and completely unhelpful, honestly I hope they find new jobs that they enjoy because they were completely miserable. Will not be returning.
