The staff are all very disrespectful and not helpful at all they are all on their phones and the service was SHIT. Don’t go to this location . I hope the staff sees this and knows they are doing a terrible job.

I wanted to get an açaí bowl and tried the one here because it has almond butter. The açaí is frozen rather than fresh so it is both icy and watery, not creamy like other places. Felt scammed and disappointed for paying 16 dollars for a small bowl.
They gave me two free items in response to this review so they are responsive and proactive to customer concerns.

As much as I love the iced latte's getting the items delivered is a hassle. You also cannot get anyone on the phone at the store.
I placed an order for delivery at 812am and it wasn't picked up until after 9am. Which means my item was sitting out for at least 30 minutes, you cannot contact the store, no order ID was given. I selected contact us and they could not find the order to cancel.

I have been dying to try this place and the service was absolutely terrible. The staff was beyond rude - someone said it best in these reviews that the two girls behind the counter make you feel like a burden. They used eye rolls and head nods to communicate with me. The açaí bowl was also completely frozen, but I was too nervous to speak up considering how rude and frustrated the employee was when I asked if she could add a little more ice in the coffee considering the coffee was halfway full.

I'm a big advocate for black owned businesses, but this one was just horrendous. I'm actually typing this as I'm delivering a mobile order. The two associates were just cold and flat out rude. Never recommend even on my own worst enemy.
