The dude w glasses is always hustling and is super nice. Everyone else is horrible. Zero personality, AirPods in, just stand there. Every time you go in they make you feel like a burden for walking into the space.

Ordered the açaí bowl that was still frozen had they shared that disclaimer I wouldn’t have ordered it, why not set açaí bowls out so they can defrost? If I wanted ice cream I’d go there. Green shield juice was still mushy when served not “juiced” very disappointed in this location.

Overall a decent coffee shop but the service is a bit lack luster. the workers did not see excited to be there. When I asked for a drip coffee, they said they didn't have any. What kind of coffee shop doesn't have drip coffee? If i have the choice to go somewhere else, I probably will.

I am new to the neighborhood and tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago. The first delivery was 10/10. Their packaging is so cute and organized. The food tasted great, but this review is about the acai bowls.
For some reason, it's hard to find good quality acai bowl in DC. It's either overly sweet and/or soupy. I like frozen scoops of acai in my bowls. Well, that is what I received on my first delivery. It's one of the best acai bowls I've ever had! ❤️
I've ordered two or three more times since then, and it's been completely melted and soupy once I receive it. It usually takes the delivery person no longer than 7 minutes to get to my address, so I'm pretty sure this location is handing out melted acai bowls. On average, I spend $80 on the orders. What gives? (Last receipt attached.)

We usually love going to Joe & the Juice, but this branch was a huge disappointment. The place didn’t feel or look clean, which we unfortunately realized after ordering. One employee was even sleeping in the seating area, which felt very unprofessional. To make it worse, the person preparing our sandwiches wasn’t wearing gloves, completely unacceptable and unhygienic.
They prepared a 10-item Uber Eats order 25 minutes after the pickup time. Turn on the cameras and watch. Instead of working, the employees are talking to each other and only starting to prepare the orders when the driver arrives. You have no right to waste people's time. If you're going to talk to each other, do it at home. A customer got their lunch order 45 minutes late because of you. This restaurant is always like this. They never make the order on time, and they keep people waiting even when there are no other orders in the place.
