Jrink is an awesome woman owned company and I highly recommend their services. There was a minor mistake with the order but they took full accountability and quickly remediated which I'm grateful for. I highly recommend their product because it's the real deal and it works. It's not sweet and watered down like raw generation or other juicing companies. I highly recommend that you support them and consider juicing.

Dont ever go here for an Açaí bowl it’s just a blend of frozen fruit with Açaí and no fresh fruit toppings, no choice of NYS ! Zero ! It’s awful and they charge $11!!!!

Sooo I kind of came here bc I wanted to consume a blue açaí bowl, and JRINK helped me accomplish that goal but at a hefty price. The bowl was good, don't get me wrong, but they threw so many trendy buzz words into the ingredient list to help justify the $12 bowl. I thought it tasted good, but there was so much to it that I could have probably had a sorbet elsewhere and enjoyed it just the same, but for less than half the price. The service was also very slow. I was the only one in the store, but it still took a while to get my bowl. I know this means that there was much care put into creating it, but I was a bit annoyed. Nevertheless come here if you're into those health trend things. It's a very millennial place and you'll get a good insta pic out of it!

Did the 7 day Juice cleanse, it was HARD but worth it. I wouldn't try every juice again but I do have my favorites like The Hulk! The customer service is always great here!

What a disappointment ! I'm traveling for work and was depending upon a fresh juice source to help me stay on my health plan. I stopped by the 14th st location but it was not staffed by a human being. Someone nearby confirmed that there was a person working there this morning but not when I was there. I waited about 20 minutes but no staff member showed up. I tried calling the other JRINK locations but there was no answer at any of the other locations. Not sure how this customer service failure can happen with cell phones

The good: got a "Not Your Mamas Salad" tastes great. Feels healthy. The suggestion:wish they included calories in the menu descriptions. The not so good: Found a little string in the rose petal topping... Not sure that's edible... $10 for a 12 oz smoothie.

I put in an order with this location accidentally on repeat. I tried to adjust that in my account and could not find any way to stop it. I tried calling them repeatedly and nobody ever answered the phone. I emailed them explaining this and requesting that my Order in my account be canceled and closed. I did receive an email back saying I will be right refunded and it will be canceled. For the next month I kept getting charged twice and I kept getting deliveries. I cannot get them to stop. Whatever you do do not order from them online.

I've always been a fan of Jrink, but this location has been a mess lately. I've come on 4 or more different occasions in the last two months and they were out of or unable to make what I tried to order. I typically get the açaí bowl. Two of the recent times they were out of the base and/or bananas. One time I let them make it without the bananas and it tasted bad. Recently I came to order smoothies and they were out of their cups but offered to make me a smoothie in a much smaller cup for the same price. I want to be a fan of Jrink again, but I'm tired of going to the store only to find out that they've consistently run out of their main ingredients for their bowls/smoothies. I hope they fix things before they lose many custom ------------------------ *Update: they still can't get it together. I've been twice recently and they're out of the basic ingredients for all smoothies and bowls. Today missing the ingredients for Açaí bowl. ------------------------ I've now come to learn that they have substituted the whole frozen açaí for powder. The bowls don't taste the same and it's not as fresh tasting. Huge downgrade.

Normally love this place for the juices and great smoothie bowls but the girl working was rude and not friendly at all. She over charged me and was not apologetic at all, and the return was having some problems. I work down the street and will not be returning. When you are paying this much for juice I expect a great experience all around.
