Good atmosphere, but miss everything else. I mean everything.20% suggested tip before you see a drop of drink or crumb of food. Okay. I give 18% as the place seems pretty cool. Then:Cauliflower appetizer was an inedible mush with Heinz 57 BBQ sauce assaulting the dish. Purée baby food.Focaccia pizza? Take a piece of stale focaccia bread, spread some Ragu sauce and a slice of rubbery mozzarella cheese on top and throw it in a toaster oven?Chicken wings. Dry, hard, tasteless. Celery even soggy. If you go, only buy alcohol. That’s it.Last, oddly the staff lacked personality. No greeting. No smile. “Order at the counter.” and “Here you go” when serving the food.

Name is a bit deceiving. This is bar food at best with some bistro-esque tables/chairs. “Home fries” are frozen tater tots, “cheddar” is processed American cheese, eggs are tasteless and greasy, you get the idea….

We stopped here for lunch because it was dog friendly, but that's only outside on the patio so thankfully we found a small table available. We ordered at the counter and they gave us a marker so they could bring the food to us. I ordered the Brussels sprout salad and added falafel. This salad was so amazingly delicious. I love roasted Brussels sprouts, and this hit the spot and was surprisingly filling. However, I wish there had been some other items in there to add some variety to the dish. My husband got the southwest salad and that came with chicken chorizo, black beans, cheese and avocado and he enjoyed it and it was also very filling. Very good and would recommend this restaurant.

Stopped by in hopes of trying a new place in the neighborhood. I ordered the meatloaf. It was not my favorite. It has a hardened texture and lacked flavor. The veggies were great and the gravy wasn't bad. I also tried the sangria and the punch. Both were good. The bartender was attentive.

Good vibes, perfect to grab a drink and bite after working on the Hill. Their happy hour is great, especially the sangria. The spinach and artichoke dip was also delish. The vibe is pretty casual and a little loud, but i like a little bit of bustle. Waiters were great and helped us push some tables together to accommodate our bigger group! Accidentally two of the same order were put in and they gave us the extra sangria for free. :))

Junction is a "local draw for breakfast, sandwiches on house-made breads & baked goods, with creative dinner fare" appropriately named, being just a 5 minute walk from Union Station in Washington, D.C. This is one of our favorite regular spots for brunch, coffee, or meeting up with friends visiting the city! Junction is a counter-service restaurant but in a way that provides the perfect mix of the experience one has at a full-service joint and a coffee shop. The service is top notch, food is delicious, and an incredible atmosphere is provided via modern decor and natural sunlight. While I've had many meals at Junction in the last few years, I got the Huevos Rancheros during my most recent visit. Like all the dishes I've had, it was super tasty and appropriately portioned. Junction is one of those places where you always want to repeat what you got the last time but not more than wanting to try what else they have, because everything is awesome! It's not what I would consider a cheap place to eat, but the experience you get overall is not unfairly priced. Can't wait for my next visit; highly recommend!

Great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They're homemade ginger beer is a winner by itself or in a cocktail! Also make sure you grab a cruffin (croissant muffin) on the way out or in the morning with some coffee.

Honestly such a hidden gem! Had the hot chicken sandwich and fries and it’s one of the best things I have eaten in recent months. Definitely worth a visit.

We had the biscuits and gravy and the chicken chorizo burrito, a couple mimosas, and an americano. The food was DELICIOUS, the coffee was excellent, and the mimosas were strong. Great place.

Went around 1 for lunch. Staff is friendly and inviting. It took an hour to get our food. That was the worst part of the experience. Had to take it to go but the food was good. I enjoyed it. The fries were fried to perfection. I love a crunch. The short rib was succulent and falling apart. My sandwich couldn't contain it. It's a very filling sandwich. I had to eat half and then circle back later for the rest.

We had a party of 15. There was a large variety of food options. The staff was friendly, accommodating and got all of our food orders correct. I would recommend.

Order before you can take a seat.Service was anything but hospitable.Tables had not been bussed so we had to do it ourselves.Place is so loud it’s hard to have a conversation and food was just okay. Not bad but not great. Not a place I’d return to.
