I ordered from just salad website at 6:20pm and the estimate pick up time were 6:46pm, I arrived around 6:40pm of course not expecting the order will be ready then I wait until 6:55pm, still not ready so I deicide to go the shop next order to walk around, when I return around 7:10pm the order still not ready yet so I asked the staff what is the status of my order, they are looking around and tell the other staff I am here, then they just start looking at the machine to print out the order, I was like "what?", so I ask what is the purpose I am order online up front, and ask them if I don't ask the will not start making my order, at the same time my wife called to me to pick her up about 5 min away then I tell the staff I will be back in 10 min, the staff replied back "I am making it now do you want your order", WITHOUT any apologies. First I am so confused what is the whole point I order online upfront? second, should I have to tell the staff I arrived the first time at 6:40pm? third, none of the staff apologies to me.

Did a custom online order paying extra for a few add ons. $18 salad only to get back to my desk and see they forgot to add HALF the toppings--some that come standard on salad I picked and one of the add-ons. Not sure how you mess that up so bad.
The salad was good--buffalo cauliflower and correctly cooked HB egg--but could have been way better if it was made they way I requested and paid for. Not sure I'll be back.

First time at this location - everything was very clean and straightforward. The person helping me make the salad was so nice and funny. She even helped make recommendations on what she liked which really made the salad I got at the end super tasty!

Finally got to try this place out and I ordered a Caesar Salad online.
The salad was incredible and shockingly not pricy! The side bread was a nice focaccia (a very pleasant surprise). I was not expecting to interact with any of the workers, but after I picked up my order a nice woman came over and handed me some napkins and a fork for me to take 🥹.
This place is such a great edition to lunch spots in downtown D.C. and I'm excited to return to try their other options!
