I went on a date at Kaiju Ramen recently because I was craving ramen, and my date recommended it as the place to go, especially in the area. It was my first time having ramen in DC, and I found it really delicious and enjoyable. I didn’t finish it all because I got full, but it’s definitely a low key spot with dim lights that give you that traditional ramen vibe; it really sets the mood.

I’ve been here a dozen times or so, and every time the food just hits so hard. The gyoza are incredible and all the ramen dishes are just amazing. I love the kaiju chicken, but their kaiju tonkotsu is pretty hard to beat.
Stephen helped us recently, and he was fantastic—great service, great suggestions, and super fast, too.
This was a great option for vegan ramen. I got the creamy ramen option and I substituted the corn out with bamboo shoots and no extra cost. Luis, the server was nice and friendly. I also got the Asahi non-alcoholic beer which was a great non-alcoholic option for me. I would come back.
