Great Customer service and the ice-cream 🍦 was delicious.

The staff at this location are fantastic -- and the products (ice cream cakes, in particular!) are amazing. Lorraine the manager went out of her way to ensure we had two cakes for our special occasion. Everyone loved them. Very grateful and highly recommend!

I recently visited Kilwins in Navy yard and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and ignored by the staff. There was little to no acknowledgment, which made the atmosphere feel awkward and uninviting.

I must admit that even when it’s a little pricey, products are good quality and the service was immaculate. Tia took care of me and she was so nice, informative and professional. As a server, I’d tell you: ask for her whenever you there.

A good place to grab a treat after the ballgame or just when you're out and about. Prices are a little high for what you get, but the ice cream is high end so it's worth the splurge every now and then. The ice cream cakes are also very good.

Wow on the Salted CARAMEL Ice Cream !!! First time visiting. They even gave a. Punch card to come.again. we were going to go to Coldstone , this was such a pleasant surprise ???

VERY cute shop and delicious ice cream, the staff was just the kindest 5 minutes you can get. The shop was immaculate, and the displays make you want to buy everything in site..enter with caution or your will come out with bags like we did. GETS A Fat YES, go by.
