Kilwins on half st, nw in Washington is superb with an exceptional staff, especially the general manager...Lorraine. the treats are a little slice of heaven.

Love love love Kilwins!!! my absolute favorite is the toasted coconut crunch 🤤🤤. Try it with the waffle cones. The flavor is just out of this world !!! So good! 😊

The staff and the treats here are incredible! My friends and I accidentally showed up a half hour before they opened, but they were kind enough to let us in early. We got the dark chocolate sea salt caramel apple and the pecan caramel apple. Both were great but the dark chocolate is my personal favorite!

Lorraine, the delightful employee at Kilwins near Navy Yard, is truly exceptional. If you ever find yourself in the vicinity, make sure to stop by and meet her. Her friendly demeanor and exceptional service will undoubtedly make you a loyal customer for life.

Just came to KILWINS for the first time. Awesome experience. The store was well maintained, the staff was friendly and we had a world class experience from the time we walked in the store.

Exceptional Customer Service!!!!! I was walking pass the Navy Yard location today, and the General Manager Lorraine welcomed me in and provided amazing hospitality. I wasn’t looking to get ice cream today, but after trying the New Orleans Praline I was hooked. Jose showed me a few other items in the store and I left with an array of goodies.

If you’re ever in the area, definitely a 10/10 and the store is simply beautiful!
