Came in for some after dinner treats, no one said hi or tried to help us. The 5ish workers just landed on the counter chatting. We even tried to ask questions to figure out what flavors were available in ice cream since most were not labeled. Unfortunately we were ignored & left without being able to purchase anything.
We buy dark chocolate pecan turtles often and we loved them, but lately the pecan taste rancid. I hope this is not going to be the norm.
We were in the Wharf area and decided to come by here for dessert. Upon entering the shop we ended up looking around and also buying chocolates to take back as gifts. They have a nice range of ice cream and chocolates to choose from.
I opted with a waffle bowl since it was something a bit different. I was able to try the various flavours before committing to one.
I purchased the limited edition peppermint ice cream. It was creamy & not too sweet.

Visited this location last night and was not greeted by the staff at all. In fact they all looked at myself and the other Black couple like we were Aliens. As soon as a White couple walked in they were greeted with smiles. Smh. The other Black Couple ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Our own people will put other races above their own. Shame on the young men working last night around 7:30pm.

A good ice cream shop that is very representative of Kilwins if you've ever been to one. They have many different ice cream flavors as well as various other sweet treats. Can be a tad expensive.

One of my favorite spots no matter where I am.
The superman ice cream is simply phenomenal.
It never disappoints. I don't know how Kilwins makes it's ice cream but other dessert shops need to take note.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. I bought a slice of the fudge and wanted to love it. But fudge is supposed to be soft. It felt like day old fudge and the sugar was settling

The store is super located, it has some tables to consume in the place, the flavor of the ice creams are delicious, the balls are a very good size, I chose the seasonal Pumpkin and I was ecstatic, they have a variety of sweets and chocolates, some are only per season.

We enjoyed some delicious ice cream at Kilwins. They offer a wide variety of flavors, all of which were tasty and generously portioned. For just an extra dollar, you can upgrade to a waffle cone, which pairs perfectly with two scoops of ice cream for only $10. Although we didn't get a chance to try the chocolates, they looked absolutely delightful and will definitely be on our list for next time
