Macaroni wasn’t good, greens weren’t good. Only thing saving this from one star is the Jamaican curry patty which was fantastic!

If you are expecting a traditional or normal pho, this place might not be a good option for you. I ordered pho and it was more like asian fusion soup that I never tasted before. I wouldn’t call it pho.
I have yet to find a vegan cheesesteak that matches up to the ones in Philadelphia (Basic 4 why did you have to leave!), but this was pretty tasty. I wasn't a huge fan of the roll, but the cheesesteak itself was good, and with precisely the right amount of onions and peppers. The vegan potato salad was great too. It's actually a ghost kitchen though - there are three other vegan restaurants from this window (Yang's Chinese, Pizza Loko, and Kimchi's Pho/Bibimbap) and you're probably best off getting delivery. There are other restaurants in the building as well ("food incubator") but those are the vegan ones run by the same owner.
I love this place. Their menu is hilarious, and the food is tasty. You’ve gotta be into soul food. Not everybody is. The vegan fried chicken is where it’s at. Shrimp mac n cheese and lasagna are also awesome. The cakes are super sweet, so not for everyone, but the collards are. Delivery usually takes about an hour. I only wish they had cornbread.
In short, inedible. Bad enough for me to make an account just for this review. The website for ordering was confusing at best, and the descriptions for most of the items were off-putting, like a middle schooler had written them. But we were excited to try some new vegan places while visiting DC, and it was late enough that the good ones were closed, so we decided to give it a shot. The Key Lime cake was unnaturally green, with the actual cake having a gummy texture, and the frosting was like a hard, dry sheet poured over it. The Vegan Mac and Cheese was dry, noticably not cheesy, smelled odd, and had these weird brown patches throughout it. We're not sure what it was supposed to be but calling it Mac and Cheese is a travesty. The mashed potatoes were the most edible thing out of the bunch, but they were dry, lumpy, and severely under seasoned. The gravy tasted like brown water.
I am so sad to report that the food here is awful. The vegan shrimp was totally inedible, I had to throw it away. The vegan mac and cheese was some of the worst I have ever had. Everything we ordered was bad quality. Would never go back.
Loved the spices and texture of this spot. I will be returning
