Got very sick after eating here. Hostess was not friendly. Not worth the high prices.

Food, was mediocore at best, either bland or improperly seasoned and cooked along with the service which was rather poor. The hostess actually eye rolled us when we asked to sit outside even though there were an abundance of tables, once seated thats basically what we did, sat. No water, no silverware, no menus. After waiting and asking several times we actually got the menus and after another long delay we got the food which was on par with a low end highway foodstop.as Generally everything is pretty substandard, if there is nothing else it’s probably fine, but not worth planning to go.

Great food and atmosphere. Waitress was great. I had to ask 4 different people for a high chair, which was fine because I didn't need it quite yet. I was hoping they would knock my mocktail off for my birthday, but they didn't. Guess I should have asked! Loved Emma G, the live music, and so did my son and the other families!
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, kids menu, and sometimes(?) live music outside in a low traffic neighborhood outside of Wegmans. Kids were dancing and having fun.

For the type of restaurant it is, it's fairly solid. Happy hour is good. Lots of good regular choices on the menu. We live in the neighborhood, so we can just walk over. However, we still find it hit or miss. Tonight, for example, one of us had the lobster salad, which was market price, so when one of the managers came over with our drinks, we asked the cost ($30) and what lobster parts (is it a tail, claws?). She said all of the parts. Great! Well, it was just claws, no tail. Then we saw someone get the fried soft shell crab, so we asked where that was on the menu. She said it was the special. We probably would have ordered that, but our server didn't tell us there were specials when she quickly took our order in a curt manner. So, now we most likely will just come sit at the bar during happy hour, which seems to be the best bet. But don't order the martini. It's $16 and comes in a small coupe glass :)

We love KSOB in Middleburg and NoMa. But this one needs help. Food was super greasy and bland in comparison to the other aforementioned locations and our server was TERRIBLE. He was innatentive, slow, and hard to get his attention. He was nice, but he sucked as a server.

Seafood was not fresh. Hot dishes came out cold too. Desert came with 2 spoons when there was 4 people. Ambience is nice though. Will not be coming back.

KSOB in city ridge was amazing! The food was excellent (I had the salmon BLT) the drinks were tasty and strong (yes to the espresso martini)! Our server, Collins, did a great job suggesting top meals and beverages. He was attentive and kind and extremely accommodating! Cute asthetic! Highly recommend this location.

The service at this location STANDS OUT! Our server Collin went through every section of the menu giving us incredible recommendations. I had the seafood pasta per his suggestion and it was a 10/10. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and he made it special! Give this guy a promotion. Thank you Collin!

Visited on Friday 07/26, service was extremely slow, out of a 2 hour visit our waiter only came over about 4 times total, if that. Also as we we’re leaving the restaurant we noticed a couple allowing their dog to drink out of one the restaurants glasses and of course nothing was said. That alone was very unsanitary and I won’t be returning after witnessing that. However I will highly recommend the Potomac location and DC as well !
