Hello sir, my name is Nelson Aguilar. I bought 2 cakes, one on December 31st and the other on Saturday the 8th. Neither of the 2 cakes were made with 3 milks, the bread was dry, no milk and the bread was very hard. I am upset. They are not making the cakes like before. What a disappointment. They once made me one, everything was very soft and the flavor was incomparable. I am disappointed with your bakery. I would like to do a review.

This is not done by AI but by human with humanistic feelings and taste. Applause!

A mystery shop, with intentions unclear, where cakes are absent, and so is cheer. A front, perhaps, for dealings unseen, in a neighborhood where it's keen to be seen. Attempts to purchase, met with disdain, "We're on a break," a constant refrain. No orders taken, nothing to sell, what's the purpose? It's hard to tell. With staff so rude, and service so poor, one wonders what they're even there for. A wish in the air, for closure's embrace, to make room for better in this curious space.
