This is exactly what we needed!!! The staff were fantastic and glass breaking is incredibly satisfying!!!
I’m not sure this place is safe for people because nothing is in good condition, it’s not clean for sure and is way too expensive for the 2 mins it takes to break the 5 items you get!

Took my boyfriend here for us to let out some rage after a loss. The rage room experience itself was good.
However, the safety gear did not seem safe, smelled horrific and were dirty. They should be washing the jumpsuit after each customer. We felt so gross putting everything on. The helmet and ear muffs were disgusting. There were Lysol wipes to use in which we did and the amount of dirt that came off was gross. We wanted to get drinks somewhere after but we had to run home and shower instead.
Furthermore, the male that assisted us was on the phone with headphones in and did not explain anything to us. We walked in and he handed us the smelly jumpsuits then he walked off. The other female that was there was kind and noticed us just standing there confused and explained where he went.
I would not recommend this place or go back. We would have left but were there and already paid for the experience.

So small and way too expensive, what a joke
Kraken was a blast for drinks and axe throwing. It was our first time and there was an amazing employee Alexey who was able to guide us through how to throw axes. Alexey made the experience. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Lots of big heavy wrenches and hammers to break things, good safety gear, great music selection! It didn't take us long to break the stuff we selected, but we learned you can also bring your own stuff to break!

Jay was so nice and helpful :)
First time throwing an axe. Booked a slot for an early evening activity before going somewhere for dinner. Group of four were highly entertained by our host who gave us the rules and a quick lesson before guiding us through some competitive axe throwing games. Didn’t try out the rage room this time. I would definitely hand fun wielding an axe and would return if in the DC area.

I organized a work outing to Kraken. From setting it up, to communication before the event to the actual event, the Kraken team was super helpful and everything went smoothly. The event itself was super fun, we had lots of time to socialize and throw axes. It was very warm in there, which is the only negative, but the cold drinks helped. The coaches were not overbearing but as involved and helpful as we wanted. And they gave really good instruction.

I want to start this by saying the staff was great and we genuinely had a pretty great experience. Unfortunately, we did pay for items that we did not receive and have continued to try to reach out for help but have had no answer. And unfortunately, we are no longer in the states so can’t just show up and talk to someone. I’ve tried calling multiple of your numbers. I’ve tried emailing and messaging on different platforms. Emailing support, everything. Hence me now having to come here to review. Last Saturday we came in for ax throwing and the rage room and also paid for the video footage package, which was only an extra $25 but we expected to get our footage. We also thought we’d get to pick out the items we’d be smashing from their selected case, we were not allowed to choose and instead we’re given crates with pre-selected items, which again was fine, but we kind of thought we’d be able to choose so wish we had been able to. It was a great five minutes in the rage room, but my helmet didn’t fit right and everything was really uncomfortable and we ran out of stuff really quick because it was dollar store plates. So we moved onto ax throwing. The person that helped us was awesome and genuinely had us throwing very well by the end of it! They did a great job! And we were all laughing and having fun! It started pouring rain and we had to get to a party so we left, but we’re told we would receive everything shortly. I’ve now tried reaching out for the past week and have not gotten any response. Seeing as we wanted to use the video footage in a bar mitzvah montage this week, we’d really appreciate you guys reaching back out and letting us know when we’ll receive our footage from the rage room or ax throwing as we had our grandmother doing it with us. In total for three people, it was $218.29. I have to be honest that price was not worth it, but the ax throwing was super fun and I would pay for that again. Oh also! All during this, their AC was also not working and it was 79° inside the building, no fans besides one next to the door that wasn’t really working, that paired with physical activity was not great and protective gear too. We also were not asked to show our waivers and IDs and our 13-year-old was almost given a 21+ wristband before I stopped them. I did have to ask if they needed to see certain items which I think they should’ve asked me for but there was a lot going on and we were being goofy and were having a great time and the staff was overall really great but it was hot as can be inside the building and we haven’t gotten our footage back so I figured I should write something here so others can see and be warned. I’ve called over 25 times. I’ve emailed like 5 times. You guys have my info and I would really appreciate hearing back

It’s an axe throwing and destruction room place. Lots of fun with friends.

This place used to be great for beginners—flattering targets, light axes, and attentive staff. That’s exactly why I chose to return here after a two-month break due to an injury. Unfortunately, everything has gone downhill.
1. The manager started arguing about my shoes, even though their website clearly states that closed-toe shoes are required. I was wearing ballet flats, which fully cover the toes, but he insisted that my entire foot had to be covered—something that’s nowhere in the actual rules, just his personal interpretation. When I pointed this out, he muttered, “Ugh, they should have been more specific,” but instead of just letting me in, he tried to suggest I borrow my husband’s socks and his (manager’s) (!) boots. Seriously???
2. We were unexpectedly paired with a random customer, which made the experience frustrating. It’s not this person’s fault—they were just a beginner—but we had to constantly wait for them. Since the lanes are shared, you can’t retrieve your axe while the other person is still aiming, unless you want to risk getting an axe to the back of the head.
3. The axes were in awful condition, and yet we weren’t allowed to use our own. The grip wrapping was in terrible shape, making it uncomfortable and even unsafe to hold.
4. The targets were in terrible shape (see photo). They were literally falling apart into splinters, making it impossible for an axe to stick, no matter how accurately you throw. Instead, the axes just dropped to the ground. When I pointed this out to an employee, he pretended not to understand, even though he had the exact same issue while demonstrating the technique. Even when the random customer also complained, he ignored it.
5. We were left with two options: either share a single functional target between three people, or leave. We chose the latter.
I used to recommend this place, but after this experience—never again. Complete disappointment.
