The server was just super friendly, very fast and very patient while I was trying to get the App up. Ending up getting more than we planned. Parking, however, is an issue so had to get these now for tomorrow.

Came in on 12/12 for the $1 Dozen Original Glazed real when they had the “Hot Now” sign on in the app to be told they didn’t have any original glazed. Plus, the donuts looked fairly dry/stale.Poor planning on their part makes for wasted time on mine.For the price point I’d rather drive out to NoVa to Texas Donut for classic donuts or go to a boutique shop in D.C. to get some real specialty donuts.

I went to this location today at about 2 Pm and wanted to get 2 dozens but when I went to order the employees were very rude and arrogant, and I got an email that if I would get a free elf donut with any purchase and the employees started arguing with me saying that I have to buy an elf donut to get a free one, they also didn’t put my email in when I purchased donuts even tho I gave him my email, I even showed him my mail about the free donuts but he kept saying I have to buy that specific donut to get a free one, even tho it stated I would get a free one with any purchase, but I’m most disappointed about how rude they were, this is the 2nd time this happened, every time I visited this specific location.
