The food was the cheapest thing I’ve ever bought, 4$ for one taco is amazing. The staff is around 2 people and they’re just amazing people. The to-go container was very secure, and their special sauce is legendary. This even has outdoor seating. My only complaint would be the atmosphere 10/10 for everything else.

Very happy with this addition to the neighborhood even if this part of 12th is mostly Mexican restaurants. Tacos were fantastic, need to go back and try the mole from what I’ve been told! They finally have a liquor license too and their happy hour can’t be beat! It isn’t fancy or looking to be something it’s not. Will be back, especially for happy hour. Also, not sure about the “Tex” part but definitely has the “Mex”.

Krystal Tex-Mex absolutely deserves top marks! The atmosphere was perfect—warm, welcoming, and ideal for both casual meals and special occasions. One of the standout moments was having the chef personally bring the food to the table—a rare and thoughtful touch that made the experience feel extra special.
The food was delicious and well-prepared, and considering the quality and service, the prices are very reasonable. Parking was also super easy, which is always a plus in my book!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Tex-Mex, excellent service, and a relaxed, comfortable setting. I’ll definitely be coming back!
