A very unsatisfying experience. I thought this was a natural place. But it's not - my acai bowl was made with Skippy peanut butter and Silk almond milk. But I can get past that... the customer service was AWFUL. Entered one young lady holding her cellphone on speaker with her gloves on while making another customer's smoothie. I say good morning and she barely mumbles anything back. After giving the customer the smoothie, retreats to the back to continue to talk loudly on the phone. Oh also no pulled back hair as she prepared anything. The lady who took our order... no basic customer service skills. No clarity around the menu... no thank yous... nothing. Service was trash. Hope that the smoothie makes up for it. But I really should have left and just canceled all of this unpleasant experience.

Sinuses were completely clear after acai bowl with kiwi and blackberry. It's like being a Formula One car and making a pitstop. They make their juice to order. Shelves loaded with fruits, vegetables, mix-ins.

This is a great smoothie option downtown. The ingredients are all fresh and no sugar is added so the flavor stays fresh and not overly sweet. The smoothies feel very healthy. The staff are very friendly.

Downtown DC needed a great juice bar for a long time, and it finally has one. This gem is great. The staff is super friendly, and my order came out quickly. Lots of variations to choose from. This is definitely my afternoon go-to spot in downtown DC.
Kwench Juice Bar on K Street in DC is a great place to go for quality juice that is fresh and well prepared. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need. Good experience every time I have been here.

I was in town for a business trip and stumbled across this bar. I usually don’t take time to write reviews for out of town businesses but Kwench DC was exceptionally good. This place looked newly renovated and clean which are always qualities I appreciate at juice bars. Nice downtown location and very engaging and friendly staff. My recommendation, go for the Beach Bomb, Superman, or Beast Mode they were all absolutely amazing.

So glad there’s another smoothie place using all fresh ingredients. Great add-in options including whey and hemp protein, and lots of non-dairy choices to use as the liquid. Extensive menu ranging from not sweet to sweet, plus you can make a custom smoothie, juice, or bowl.

Local gem. Their menu is delicious and worth the daily pick-me-up if I had to compare it to Peets/Starbucks. Not only is the staff super friendly and helpful, the facility is spotless. Looking forward to trying more combinations!
