The great hot chocolate is overshadowed by the lack of class and order given by the staff members. For a place with such a legacy you’d think they or employees would be better and a 8$ cup of hot chocolate wouldn’t have such cheap cups and lids.
I came across this chocolate shop while shopping in Georgetown, and I decided to check it out. I ordered a large hot chocolate- and I'm sure glad I did. The hot chocolate was the single best hot chocolate I may have had in my life. The drink was rich with flavor unlike other hot chocolates I have had through the years at chain coffee shops or the powdered stuff you make at home. Good products and good service but NO internet! A pity, particularly for foreigners like us who depend on a wi-fi connection. We realized there was no wi-fi after we had bought our order, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed. Most unfortunate!
