doesn't exist anymore, changed to another italian, not open at 2pm
My friends and I ate here and will never come back again. A rude and patronizing waiter (tall man with brown hair) showed a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic decency towards paying customers.

Very good happy hour! (4-7pm) The prices are affordable and the aperol spritz is a very good size compared to other restaurants that give a small glass. I recommend the nachos and tacos to share. The service is a little slow but it can be improved.

Carlos served me and my significant other, he was friendly and polite. The only thing I wish would be different is something to take care of the nets near the tree outside. But The food was amazing. I’ll definitely be back before I travel back home. Definitely recommend !!!!

Non-existent service.
Looking forward to cocktails and tacos, we arrived about 7:30, and got a table outside. The waiter arrived with menus and we asked for a bar towel to wipe down the sticky table. He returned with water and took our drink order. He returned 5 or so minutes later with the drinks. That was the last we saw any employee. There were 5 other tables and we were all ghosted. One group just left, any the rest of us had to go inside to pay.
Arrived hungry and happy to find a spot available on the streetside patio. Unfortunately, our excitement evaporated as we watched and waited for the bartender/waiter to visit our table and offer to take our order. Eventually, we gave up on getting to eat dinner altogether and tried to just enjoy our drinks. Had to go in and flag down the bartender to pay so we could leave to look for food elsewhere.

This place used to be one of the best pasta places in DC. For no publicly apparent reason they decided to change their menu from excellent pasta to not the best Mexican. I wish and hope they would go back to their original offerings

La bicicletta was delicious! Dropped by for a mid-day brunch and was super impressed by the food. I got two breakfast tacos- one guisada and one chorizo. My sister got the veggie enchiladas. Portions were very generous and ingredients seemed super fresh. Check them out!

First. This is Mexican food. I came here because it’s the first place I’ve EVER seen frijoles charros in the DMV (I’ve been here 2 years!) not many Mexicans here (mostly salvadorean and other Latinos). Anyway. I didn’t get them. But it also had the best pico de gallo I’ve had in DC, so I have hope for more good things. Just wishing they sold tacos independently. Great happy hour! (Also, not good service, but I think it’s a fluke/rough start to the evening- a few more employees arrived and it got better)

Wow. Fajitas were made from whole chicken breast and sliced steak. The vegetables appeared to be sources from a farmers markets and had the most balanced flavors and perfectly cooked meal I have ever eaten. My praise does not do the Fajitas justice. We did show up 30 minutes before closing however, I did have to ask for my drink glass to be refilled. Everyone working here was supper nice.

There is finally a spot with good tacos in DC!Music is cool upbeat EDM and the atmosphere is clean and modern. The prices are reasonable at $15-$25 for a good sized meal.I'm looking forward to coming back with friends to try their 4:30-7:30 happy hour.

BE AWARE - This is no longer an Italian place. It’s now a Mexican restaurant. Same name, and at this time, none of the google menu or food photos reflect the change.Pretty good Mexican food. The complimentary chips and salsa were tasty. The house margarita was very tart and strong, which I liked. The fajitas were really good, too. We got steak and veggies and the veggies were really good. Kind of non-traditional - onion and peppers but also corn and zucchini. Very tasty. The bartender was the main waiter. He was super nice and prompt.…it’s just a little hard to judge when I went in expecting Italian. ?
