La Collina is consistently good with excellent food and welcoming staff. While the dishes may not be groundbreaking, they rival the best Italian spots in DC. The outdoor seating is wonderful, especially in the evening with stunning lights. Popular appetizers include garlic bread, tuna carpaccio, and arugula salad, while the bolognese pasta is a standout main. The ambience is appealing, and the outstanding service, like that provided by Ms. Jasmine, makes the experience even better.
