Love this cafe! Are you open today? Or is it a snow day? The people demand answers 😊.

coffee is good but it's ridiculously overpriced and they don't answer their phone literally at all- why pretend there is even the option to call?

Great place to set up shop or get a cuppa before the Arsenal match next door

I got a drip coffee and my god the prices are absurd, 4.13$ for a small drip coffee. I used to live in Williamsburg, BK, and I used to go a really good coffee shop and much better coffee than this, still the price for same coffee was 3$

Coffee is great, I love la colombe coffee, but I came in and ordered for here and they put it in a paper cup despite having mugs. This is a big empty place is very uhyggelig inside. Sterile setting and a lot of people just looking depressed working on their laptops inside. It felt like I wasn't allowed to talk inside which is the opposite of what I want from a coffee shop.

There are plenty of tables and chairs to work at or meet with someone. The music is nice and modern. The staff are nice and to the point.

I got a small (comes with 2 shots) almond milk latte with double (1oz) vanilla. It is good, strong, and balanced. The heart-shaped foam looked more like a head of garlic, but it was funny! It cost $8.80 for just the latte, so that makes it the most expensive by two whole dollars in the past 4 days of my trip.

The stirring spoon that came with my latte has a lot of calcium buildup.

Visiting from out of town for work I stopped here to get a latte yesterday morning at 9am. I was greeted by a VERY rude staff person at the cashier . I made a mistake of asking if they had caramel flavor for their latte he reacted in pure disgust and walked away to make my drink. It was a very odd and rude interaction. Also asked for oat milk and unsure if that request was granted since my stomach was a mess for remainder of the day , pretty bad experience overall .

Does feel a bit large and empty, but it also goes really well with the aesthetics of the tables and chairs. They made a good London Fog and had a decent cookie. Price seemed on the lower side for DC even though the quality was great.

The server at the counter was extremely rude to me, and to the other costumers, for no reason. Very poor social skills, clearly incompetent for a job in hospitality. Unfortunately, I could not get his name, but he was working at 11:03 am, at the Colombe Coffee Roster in Florida Avenue (so it’s easier to identify him). He was also the only man working there, in that moment. I recommend you let him go, so you can upgrade your service.

La Colombe on 14th Street Review: Spacious and Inviting Coffee Spot

La Colombe on 14th Street boasts a large, beautiful space with huge windows that let in plenty of natural light. The coffee is good, with great seasonal options on tap. Favorites include the lemon shandy and draft vanilla latte, alongside their excellent espresso drinks and famous cold brew. There are lots of seating options, though charging ports are limited. The service is fast and friendly, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee and unwind.

My fiancé and I love drinking coffee on Sunday mornings. We walked into La Colombe and ordered an iced dirty chai and small pourover coffee ($15 total with tip).First the service: the baristas did not smile, did not say good morning or acknowledge our presence on any normal social level.Second the coffee: the pourover was watered down, did not come in a coffee mug and midway through the drink I almost swallowed a dead fly.I have been coming to La Colombe for years, really enjoy the atmosphere, but today I did not have a good experience.

I was so disappointed because I have that coffee at home and is delicious but it didn’t taste good at all there. Too much milk in my dirty chai latte and too much water in my fiancé's black coffee. The service was pretty poor, they were not happy to work there and that bad energy is contagious ?We felt like we completely wasted 15 dollars

Hi real coffee brewed and they give you a real mug. Went in today and when I ordered I asked for a latte in a mug for here. It was made in a to go cup, even though it was an human mistake it was busy so I was totally understanding and I offered to pay for another to get it in a mug the barista sighed and rolled his eyes shoved an empty mug over the counter. I know it’s a small detail but I truly just wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee in a real cup. Taste better, no waste (if made the 1st time), and instagramable. The attitude was unnecessary I did not drink the latte and I decided to go to Tatte and order something there instead.

Please update Google hours if you’re not going to be open normal hours on the weekend! Walked half an hour to get coffee for national cold brew and there was a sign in the door saying “temporary hours”
