Have to give a bad review despite frequenting this coffee shop. How is it possible that I got a cup of coffee at 7:30am (30 min after they open) that was not hot at all? Was this yesterday's coffee? Any other time during the day this would be a tiny inconvenience, but this early in the morning makes me question.

Little niche spot. I am familiar with the brand, I patronize their locations in NYC. I gave it three stars because they do not have WiFi. This is a basic necessity in today's world.

I have been coming to this coffee shop almost every day since they opened around 10 years ago - way before Blagden Alley was trendy! Even though it’s technically a national chain, this particular location has always felt much more like a local institution. The staff is always so nice (current manager Alyssa is a delight, as is longtime barista Sandra) and the vibes are always great, whether it’s saying hi to the morning commuters or meeting interesting convention attendees...
