Solid Mexican restaurant although the food is a bit pricey for what it is. But relative to some of the restaurants neighboring it, it isn't a bad deal. The food was good, even the shrimp. The margaritas were very good and were a reasonable price and the staff was average. I enjoyed La Loma. The salsa was a bit thin but really tasty. The cheese dip - thin and not tasty. But the margaritas (otr) were quite good! I opted for one of La Loma's signature meals called Puerca Asada which was heavenly. Very tender cubes of pork with what they called 'Spanish sauce.' Really good happy hour deals on margaritas. Good tacos, burritos and enchiladas, plus their guacamole is just the right blend! It's within walking distance of union station and on Mass Ave so convenient location
