While La Vie has been a round for a couple of years now, I've only been a couple of times. I went recently later in the evening so we were able to make a reservation. The food has a Mediterranean spin on it but from all over the Med, not just eastern or western, and is top quality. The lamb was very soft and mellow flavor. We got the tasting menu at $79 pp, and was five course pp, plus a shared dessert. Highly recommended.
I celebrated my granddaughter’s 16th birthday here in the penthouse. The atmosphere was lovely, with large floral swags hanging from the ceilings throughout. The food was pricey yet decent. I ordered the chicken and waffles entree. Limited parking on the street; must park in the garage. I paid $29 for parking for 2.5 hours in the garage!!
My husband and I had a nice dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The service was excellent. Our server JP went above and beyond to provide us the best experience. From the appetizers to the tomahawk surf and turf plater, every dish was delicious and more than enough for the both of us. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The decor was splendid.
We'll definitely dine here again.
