Food takes 30min+ for anything and might be spoiled depending on the week, there are rats, there used to be roaches, the owner is a cheapskate who doesn't pay employees on time. Slum-lord bar, where 1/2 the appliances don't work, and top management doesn't care about the workers at all. The only redeeming quality is the employees. Oh and it's in a super unsafe neighborhood. Almost forgot to mention it's overpriced as heck. The bar is so bad the staff has to bring in their own friends sometimes so SOMEONE will be in the bar. It really is a checklist for what not to do.

Worse place in DC..food is trash and has a weird smell. Also saw rat run around the floor . Not demure!!!! Please don’t go here

Horrible customer service

This tiny little bar that could.Years ago, the very enthusiastic family run bar was the place to be. Time and apathy have taken its toll.But the neighborhood won't allow this bar to close.Pored drinks are excellent depending on the one bartender mix drink knowledge fade fast. The kitchen had closed for the day but has a tradition of great food.

Parking: I got great parking☠️....NO ONE WAS THERE...like noooooo one...no employees THEY WERE BIG CLOSED‼️‼️‼️

It is infested with rats The bathrooms are filthy the kitchen is filthy Antonio Roberson who spent 4 years in the military in 4 years at Howard University is a registered sex offender.

Lemon pepper wings and the shrimp and grits!Staff is cool, they let me borrow a phone charger. Felt like a home town bar surrounded by all these tourist bars, and made my night.Those grits, dude.

Very chill location. Nice music, great, food and good drinks.

This is a hidden gem in DC. The place is small, but they do have an upstairs i have never been too. The people are friendly and it feels like your local bar with that friendly atmosphere. Shout out to the bartenders who make good drinks and are very informative about the drinks and menu options. We have added this place in rotation to out hang outs.

OMG, The Caribbean Food by Far the Best we my husband & I ever had. Don't sleep on this place the food is Great Thank You Chef Jeff.

Nice atmosphere where u can watch sports & buy food..the customer service is good.
