Larry's Cookies and Ice Cream

Located inside the Ronald Reagan building so you need to go through security to get there. Delicious cookies and ice cream that was perfect after a day at the National Children's Museum. This place is far more appropriate for kids tastes than offerings at the National Children's Museum next door.

This establishment is located inside the Reagan Building Food Court. This is my first time going through security in order to get some ice cream.

Our favourite ice cream flavour is the pecan praline. The chocolate chip pecan cookie was thick, soft and full of chocolate and pecan.

Fast service, no waiting time. There's paid parking on-site, though the rate is pretty high. Wheelchair accessibility and pram friendly. There are clean toilet facilities and drinking fountains on either side of the food court.

You can access the Federal Triangle Metro directly from the building as well.

A basic ice cream and cookie shop located in the food court of the Reagan Building. Had the mint and moose tracks ice cream with a red velvet cookie. The ice cream was delicious and the cookie was soft and tasty, prices are reasonable.

A little tricky to find but delicious! It's in the food court of the Reagan building. Go through security then downstairs. Hershey's ice cream is always great and amazing cookies.

date of visit: Wed Aug 23, 2023 After walking through the city -we felt we deserved a sweet treat. We stopped into Larry's ice cream to satisfy our sweet tooth. Larry's is a small ice cream parlour on the lower level of a building. if you arent paying attention, you might miss it. The flavours of ice cream were very unique - i had never seen anything like this before. Obviously this is a small batch, hand-crafted artisinal ice cream. Oatmeal cook dough, Ginger (Peach, Brandy, Ginger) Pistachio , cardamom almond, and many others. We ordered a double scoop in a waffle cone. THe flavours were very good and quite unique. We enjoyed the ice cream very much. Quality ingredients, top notch flavours, and hand made - these things are worth paying a premium price for. The portions are a little smaller than you might get at some ice cream shops - but NOT compared to the big BR ice cream.

Good, but you have to go through a security scan to get to it. We did not know that when coming in the door.

Best cookies ever

Ice cream was good and the cookies were super soft and delish. I got a chocolate chip cookie and there was so many chocolate chips in it!!

This place had the best cookie I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was mouthwateringly delicious, and their mint chip ice cream was divine. If I ever come back to DC again I’ll be sure to get extra.

Best White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie I've ever had! The peanut butter was perfect also. Wish they had a website to order from.

The milkshakes are very good, staff is very friendly
