The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was very good. I had the chicken breast in mushroom sauce which was comfort food par excellence. My friend had the cheeseburger and loved it. Highly recommend the Creme Brulee for dessert!

The food was phenomenal, the burrata and gazpacho were complimented so well by the half baguette that we ordered. Definitely try one of the sushi rolls but if I would recommend getting small plates to share instead of one large dish because everything was so flavorful.

So many mosquitoes. I think they could do more with their sushi and provide more unique specialty roles

Loved it. Never been here before. Restaurant is very nice inside. Wait staff was great and food was incredible. Will return.

Excellent food. This place is loud! The food makes it worth it and after happy hour it settles.

We had the French Onion soup, Dijon chicken, salmon sashimi and beet salad. All of it was excellent. The wait staff very attentive and quick. Unfortunately there was a large group of tourists who had been drinking at the restaurant for quite awhile. The men were shouting and laughing loudly. Really made it hard to have a conversation. We did ask the management to ask them to tone it down. Management did absolutely nothing. Very disappointing.

We stayed at the Mayflower and quickly found Le de sales right across the street. We ate there four nights in Row and were sorry to leave it. We both had the same dish, Bavette, a simple London broil with some water cress on the plate. This dish was so well cooked and satisfying we never tried anything else. It comes with a tiny pitcher of sauce. That's it. We did have a few other things, a wonderful French onion soup, a very good smoked salmon sushi, some onion rings in a delicious tartare sauce. Garlic spinach. One dessert a bread pudding with orange marmalade. Sublime. It's noisy when you come on but you adjust. The service was perfection. Fast, smooth, quiet, attentive. It's a busy place with a very active bar. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and the experience. I saw a great looking $20 cheeseburger with fries but I had to have the bavette. We were always glad we were there. My husband reminds me that our first night there he had the salmon and loved it.

It is a loud space with a vibrant bar scene. Food is excellent. Service on most recent visit was fine but not particularly attentive. I am fond of this restaurant and will continue to frequent.

The food and wine suggestions were fantastic. I was a solo diner and enjoyed the service - everyone was so attentive! The sashimi was splendid and I throughly plan to make the kale pistachio salad at home!

Delivered Brazino fish entree and cauliflower side dish before salad course. Requested dishes be returned to kitchen until after we ate our salad. No sure if entree and side dish was freshly or reheated.

Excellent place: original tasty dishes, good servings, great service-a reminder of the great SEI on 7th street, with some of the old team and parts of the menu...We will be back soon!

Loved the ambience. Perfect setting for great dinner in cute place. French onion soup is highly recommended. Sushi, Bavette, rabbit pasta were yummy. The only partial disappointment was the burrata. The chutney & bread accompanying were very good but the burrata itself should be creamier. Highly recommend the coffee as well. It's very very good coffee & the warm cream - nice touch!

The food was smacking. Spicy tuna, chicken and mushrooms, and crème brûlée were the best I've ever had. Great prices and service too.
