I was on a real quick trip from Quebec to Washington DC and back, only half day in Washington and only one evening and one morning.First time in Washington DC.Great place to have a delicious fresh breakfast! The cappuccino was beautiful and tasty!I bought some of their most famous desserts for bringing back in Canada. They were all very good too.

Went in for a late lunch and was greeted by a new manager woman with a lovely genuine smile. She and the new young woman server were amazingly attentive. Good truly organic food as always with (normal) European portions (less food waste) and sourdough bread made without added sugar!

While their bread is good, I've had it with their online ordering. The system accepts orders but most of the time they are out of bread. If you are lucky, they call you to tell you not to come. Or they don't and then in lieu of an apology, they tell you that they are too busy. Because their time is precious but your isn't. And then, they tell you that they refunded you but the refund never comes. I was charged $22 for an order that they couldn't fulfill, never called to tell me not to come, never apologized for, and never refunded. The previous time I ordered a full loaf and when I got home there was only 1/2 a loaf. I can't think of worse service. So I've switched to Fresh Baguette.

Server is lovely, the place looks amazing and it’s got a great atmosphere. Food is absolutely delicious and bordering on gourmet. Everything has really good sizing and the food gets to you pretty quick. Service in general is amazing, but our server was the nicest girl ever. 10/10 would absolutely come here

I’ve been getting chicken soup there for a while. It was always pretty good. But today for the first time they included some sort of chili sauce on the side. I put some in the soup. And it was incredible. Please don’t stop putting hot sauce with the soup it made it so good.

Great food as always but the staff is way too distracted so the service is horrible. All the waiters stand off to the side chatting —Theyseem to purposely turn their backs to the line formingand now they’re carrying on, swearing, laughing quite loudly about their schedules and their pay. Not very professional
