Best pita bread! Served freshly baked and hot. But when our food came, it was not hot. The chicken shawarma fell apart as the pita was all soggy and the fries were just ok, my chicken kabob was just a little warm, and the platter with mixed shwarma was room temperature. Food would have been excellent if it came hot. We think the food sat in the kitchen for a while until the server realized it was all ready.

Mejid was a wonderful waiter and we had a truly amazing meal. This restaurant has been around for decades and they prove their staying power with excellent food and knowing how to make diners feel welcome and special.

The food was delicious and the service prompt and very helpful. We were a table of 8 and the acoustics were good in that we were able to hear each other (though admittedly it was early on a Monday so the restaurant was not crowded at that time)

Great service by Mejid! He gave us perfect recommendations. The babaganoush was delicious as well as the fattoush salad. Came back twice in one weekend. 5star! Thank you Mejid! See u next time.

I thought the food was delicious. Our waiter must really want to be a bartender. He tended bar for most of the time so we ran out of water, didn't get to order a second glass of wine and wondered if he was still waiting tables when we watched him go to other tables, clear tables and take other orders. The hostess was great. She answered questions we had since this was our first time at your restaurant. Other waiters came to fill our glasses and pick up excess plates but deferred to our waiter for more to order. We just gave up. It's unfortunate. We think your artichokes are exceptional along with your falafel salad and the eggplant meal was phenomenal. We thought your cloud 9 white was nice to pair with artichokes. We didn't get to order a rose nor red from valleys we understood give good grapes. Please talk to the waiter. He made us feel like we weren't welcome in your restaurant.

We had a disappointing experience at Lebanese Taverna last night. When we arrived in time for our reservation, we still had to wait about fifteen minutes to be seated. When we were seated the noise level was so loud that we could not hear each other or the waiter. The wait staff was overwhelmed and the first order that came to our table was completely wrong. The second order that came to our table still had one order incorrect. On the third try we got the right orders but no apologies and the food was cold when it arrived. Also the drinks and one of the entrees we ordered were out. I was surprised and disappointed in our experience, especially for the price.

good food, but WATCH YOUR BILL CAREFULLY!!! our waiter tried to tag on >$50+ of extra charges...pretty brazen to add a third kids meal and full entree for a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). i'd like to give benefit of the doubt, but seems unlikely to "fat finger" on two different things and rest of order (like our drinks) was same so can't claim table mix up. most telling is when i brought it up to him, he immediately took it and said it would be fixed, practically before i even got the words out of my mouth so sure seems like he was expecting it. if this brazen, then likely must get away with it a lot! too bad, good food.

Service is so ass. It's so ass. The hostess sat at least 10 different parties before us and claimed they were reservations (they were not). The waiter was so exasperated with everyone and everything that homie literally yelled "who's check is this" while waving a receipt so he could get everyone there out as fast as possible. Severely understaffed and everyone was very done with everything. Food was good though...but the wait was WORSE. Anyway would NOT RECOMMEND on a busy night.

Oh meow, oh meow. Worst service my whiskers have seen in many years....i had to bound up to the servers station to get more water, cold meals took 72 minutes to arrive, and kids meals almost didn't make it at all (had to ask). Absolutely embarrassing LT DC.....do better right meow!

We ordered mezzes as appetizers which we told the waiter. We barely started in with the mezzes before our entrees were brought out. We asked if they could put under a warmer. Plus the 2-top had hardly any room. Wait staff could be more mindful of timing of when dishes should be delivered and let the kitchen staff know so entrees aren't sitting under the heat lamp too long. Other than that ambience was great and food and drink never disappoint!

Fantastic food delights. Good customer service. The environment is quite open and good choice for groups. Parking can be a challenge, but easily commute via metro. Highly recommended food quality.

The Garlic Hummus was the best I've ever tasted! They also have great shwarma and kebabs.

-Waiter was nice-Lamb had connective tissue was tough and overcooked-When I sent back the food the owner looked at me and shook his head. I comforted him and he argued with me.-I offered to pay for the apps. and drinks we ordered. Owner refused and said he didn't want our money.

Went here for dinner and was excited about all the good reviews, however I was disappointed. For one our entrees took a little more then half an hour to arrive and it was cold. We asked for medium rare on our lamb loin and it was tough, dull and bland it also had connected tissue. It could’ve been a day where they were short staffed so I understand the slow service however, that doesn’t explain the quality of the food

We had a delicious meal of chicken kabob and chicken shawarma sandwich. Def recommend the hummus and pita appetizer. Best pita anywhere! Our server was phenomenal. Atmosphere was lovely. Great dinner.
