The place stays clean, and the customer service is consistent every time I visit. If you’re in the East Capitol area and craving good pizza or a solid meal, Lido Pizza is definitely one of the best choices around. Highly recommended!

Guys pls just get ANYTHING else. I’m visiting and I heard this pizza was popular. Not sure why. It’s flavorless, has no seasoning AND there was only ONE pepperoni PER slice. That’s DIABOLICAL. Just get Pizza Hut and call it a day

I feel like this is the only establishment near by that presents white glove service. Welcoming, straight to the point, food is made very well consistently, and most importantly no BS. Ledo franchise has increased in price over the years but it is still worth it! To the woman in the front, keep singing 😉

Only gave service 4 stars because of the wait time from the time I walked in until I was acknowledged due to the only staff member in the front being on the phone with a customer 5-10 minutes. Otherwise, service for me would've been 5 stars. She was very polite and got my order quickly when she finished the call. Food was great. My order was correct and cooked perfectly. Atmosphere is what you would expect from the small space (carry out style) but nice and clean.

Ordered my food online and the dasher sent it back to the store because he couldnt find me. I called the store to let them know and the lady on the phone was very rude, she told me she wasnt going to get her manager nor would she refund me. She said i have the option to pick my food up but i wont be refunded. I asked for her name or someone else i can speak to she said no and hung up very rude services

Ordered online for DELIVERY, the system automatically had a Carryout time. I called up there and they told me I could only get delivery if I called to order, but that only means I wouldn’t have been able to receive my points for this order. Usually when I do order, I order a lot. THEN, I get there to pick my order up, I didn’t receive my drink so I called when I got home. They asked if i could come all the way back just for a drink and i had to go back and forth with the lady to just receive a note saying they owe me a drink EVEN AFTER I stated to her that I am a regular customer and purchase food regularly from this establishment. All I went through previously, I shouldn’t have had to argue about a drink that I PAID FOR and NEVER RECEIVED. They could just be more considerate and accommodating. The food was amazing though, very fresh and very good quality. Even better than the one in forestville.
