These folks are scammy as hell bro tried to get 40 out of me then 30 when it clearly says 20 do yall think people are that stupid! You got 20 but you should've gotten nothing from me
The concierge was very very impatient and rude! No useful guidance at all! Just find another parking place if you can. Leave soon in case they still charge you once you came in
The attendants here are USELESS and provided NO service. They told me to park in a spot and told me they will ensure no other cars block mine as I will park there the whole day. But apparently when I came back my car was blocked and the taking over attendant told me they can do NOTHING but to wait (yes, not even help to check whose car is there and if EVEN try helping contacting the owner). If you can do NOTHING then why do you work here?? If you don't have to use the garage, don't use it. If you do have to, make sure you park somewhere won't be block by other car. Ofc, expect other unpredictables.
Conveniently located for where we needed to be. 4 overnights was $150. I unexpectedly had to leave at 3 AM and the garage was closed. Once I noticed the call button by the door the guard opened the door so I could get out. :-)
easy enough to get in and out. garage is clean and spots are reasonable size. Staff was friendly but clueless on the happenings there.
Horrible service!!! At the end of my dinner, I learned that I have to walk (instead of taking the elevator) all the way to P3. As dangerous as it is to walk, in a parking garage, without any sideways or space for walking. Then when I asked the attendant…he was rude as hell!
The price was good but the service was rude and they tried to charge me twice.I got a reservation through SpotHero, when arrived the gate was OPEN and the worker WAVED me to proceed. I told him I have a reservation on my phone, he didn't look at it and just told me to park at any spot that doesn't say 'reserved'. As I parked the car, I decided to stop by the office booth just to check if I need anything else since I didn't scan anything when I entered the garage and the worker didn't actually see my reservation but he said I'm good to go.When I returned and was trying to leave the garage with my car, the other worker asked me about my ticket. I said I didn't get any ticket. He said it's impossible because they always give a ticket when they let you in. I know I didn't appear in their garage from the air, so obviously someone had to let me in, so not giving me a ticket is their fault. After going back and forth about me not having a ticket he took my reservation ID and told me I can leave. (He spoke better English, so he understood what I was saying, and I would give 4 stars to this garage if that was the end of the story). Then I get to the gate itself and the first worker (who let me in) is also asking me about the ticket. I repeated the whole thing, but seemed like he didn't speak any English and was just repeating "ticket, ticket". I told him he was the one who waved me in, told me to take any spot, remember? He said 'ticket'. I said, I even stopped by before leaving my car to double-check if I need anything and he said I'm fine! And then he says "ok, just give me $20". Mind you, I already paid in full through SpotHero. He finally took a reservation ID and let me out.So, for everyone who is parking in this garage, make sure you get a ticket.
Great garage location and short walk to Old Ebbitt Grill.
Easy in Easy out!!
NOT open all day. Was leaving early for 2nd leg of our trip and had to wait two hours for garage to open!

Staff here do not understand humanity and empathy and they do not take responsibility for their actions. They have two EV charging ports, the staff have no clue on how that works and if problem happens how to troubleshoot or guide you. So, I ended up calling Semaconnect myself and learned that one of the port where I was trying to park and charge was disabled by the owner. Which means no EV vehicle can charge there until that is resolved. I spent 15-20 minutes myself and staff was not cooperative at all. They did not understand my situation or explanation or the information that I gathered, they did not help me to sort out with the owner of those charging ports (if different from the garage owner) as they did not know the owner of those chargers!!! Meanwhile, rest of the daily parking slots got full and even though I was running late, they did not let me park there, considering when I was entered, garage was not full and I went through this trouble due their lack of knowledge. Basically, they asked me to leave and I had to park in the next door garage of Franklin Square, where people were nicer and parking was more spacious for the same price.
Never in my life did I think I'd be rating a parking garage... Purchased a spot at this location via SpotHero App. Check in and parking was fine, though spot hero said it would be valet and it was self park, no big deal. On Sunday, we arrived and the lot was locked down and closed. This was odd to me, as the spot hero app said they were open 24/7 on the weekend. A valet at the hotel next door let us in, but the card reader would not accept out ticket so we were stuck inside the garage. My girlfriend tried to call the emergency phone number listed on the wall, she couldn't get service since we were under ground. Luckily, my phone got service and I got ahold of a lady who was telling me to just scan the QR code to get out. I kept telling her there was no QR reader but she seemed like she didn't believe me. After 15 minutes she finally says she'll call the manager. So i talk to him and he tells me the lot is closed and that's why I can't get in. Baffled, i tell him I know it's closed I've been locked inside for 35 minutes and I'm trying to get OUT, not IN...and that SpotHero knew when I was leaving and said you were open 24/7 as did the attendant who asked when I was leaving. Finally he says he'll send the weekend manager to let me out. While I'm waiting for him, the building security guard comes down. Apparently this new company took over management a week and this very thing has happened multiple times to multiple people!!!
Would be smart to post your hours, considering you are not 24 hours and online says you are. They lock the garage around 6 and close it for 12 hours. Watch out
Leon is... an acquired taste, but one well worth it to acquire. I mostly go for breakfast. For the same price as a McDonald's breakfast value meal, I can get a similarly-sized meal at Leon that's arguably much better for me, more tasty and leaves me more nutritionally full for a longer time. A few menu items are a bit of a miss for me, like the gluten-free baked chicken nuggets, but that's subjective - I like my nuggets breaded and fried. But overall, I like Leon, and I still keep coming back for breakfast.
I love how many veggie options their are but I am not interested in going back...I got a veggie burger that tasted too much like meat.I also tried the jack fruit poppers but they were just so-so. I think an aioli would be perfect with this.
