Levain Bakery – Georgetown, D.C.

Overall a solid 6/10. The cookie is good, but it’s too dense, and the outside is extremely crispy, almost burnt in my opinion.

Was not a real fan of the cookies seemed to big to enjoy and not fresh , can almost crack a tooth as I got further to the middle halfway I had to dispose of it.

My wife’s stomach was in pain after eating, disappointing because have heard the name of this place .

The cookies are worth the hype!! We've tried most of the flavors and they are all so so good. The line is often long, but that kind of adds to the fun of it.

Their service is simply poor, but the cookies are pretty good.

Cookies are pretty decent, but their operation is slow as heck… don’t even think about going on a Saturday or Sunday or around any holiday if you hate lines and waiting. I mean this should be a cookie factory line, what are we doing!! I guess Georgetown cupcakes and other places in Georgetown have the same problem but still... They should also make the lemon cookie a permanent cookie! Their best cookie in my opinion, but it is seasonal.

This location is okay, but the cookies didn’t taste as good as the New York locations. Still enjoyable, just not the same flavor or texture I was expecting.

I think somehow they use the same knife/blade for the ham and bread or cheese. Butter and jam sandwich smell like ham which I don’t like it…

This is the most over rated cookie store! There was soooo much chocolate chips in ours that you couldn't even taste the bread! Why would anyone buy this? Just get crumbl cookie or even insomnia cookie, muuuchh better options than this place.
