This was my first time trying their cookie. I was told by someone that they were too sweet. I tried their oatmeal cookie with raisin and it was delicious. One of the best cookies I've ever had. It was not too sweet at all. Full of flavor , crispy on the outside and chewie on the inside. Unfortunately I didn't get to try other flavors so I can't comment on them but I look forward next time I get a chance.

I ordered two chocolate chip walnut cookies and one oatmeal raisin cookie. All three of us felt the same way about our cookies! They were a bit burnt and lacked flavor. I was disappointed especially because I heard so much about Levain!

Levine Bakery in Georgetown, DC, is an absolute gem! Everything from the pastries to the breads is fresh, delicious, and beautifully made. The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. However, while the cookies are undeniably popular, they’re just a bit too sweet for my taste. That said, the quality and overall experience at Levine Bakery are fantastic, and I’d highly recommend stopping by!

I recently visited Levain Bakery during a trip to Georgetown and couldn't wait to try their famous cookies. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly. I decided to go for their signature Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie, and it was absolutely perfect with a cup of coffee. The cookie had a crisp exterior, while the inside was soft and packed with rich chocolate and walnuts. It was a delicious treat! Next time, I'm definitely looking forward to trying some of the other flavors!!
