Horrible Customer Service, but good food. We had to hunt down our waiter every time we needed something. Did get a slight discount because of people not receiving food by the end of the night and other miscommunications but there's way better places to attend in dc.

Jade was the waitress and was absolutely amazing from inception. She was engaging although she has a busy day but drinks and waters were honest and onpoint. My hookah girl was a delight as well but unfortunately didnt catch her name! Will revisit

The service was horrible here. The waitress didn't tell us any of the drink specials. We found out about a bottomless option by overhearing another waitress speaking to the table next to us. The food took forever to get come out. People who order food after us got their food before us. We didn't even have our dessert that we paid for because it took forever to come out. We just paid and left. We had a reservation for 3, and didn't leave til 6 and we didn't have all of our food. We even had the hostess come to us to let us know that they were starting to transition over to the day party and we had to tell her that it wasn't us, we didn't get our food yet. I would not be back

The vibe is clean, welcoming, and has that warm energy that makes you want to sit down and stay a while. The food is legitimately good — flavorful, fresh, and you can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they’re serving. The drinks were just as solid, mixed well . The staff was super friendly and made the whole night smooth; Overall, it’s a great restaurant with great service, good food, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.

I visited this lounge on Friday night with friends for drinks, food, and a good time. We arrived around 11 p.m., before the crowd became too busy. Upon arrival, we were told that in order to have a seat, there was a $500 minimum spend requirement. While we were there to dine and enjoy cocktails, it was surprising that such a high minimum was required just to be seated.
We decided to go to the bar instead, but unfortunately, the service there was extremely disappointing. The bartenders did not appear to have many guests to serve at that time, yet they were slow and inattentive. My friend asked three different times to place a drink order, but no one ever followed up or took our request. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with no service or acknowledgment, we decided to leave.
Overall, this experience was unprofessional and very discouraging. With so many other lounges in the area that prioritize good service and hospitality, I would not recommend this establishment based on our visit.
