Lima Twist is honestly an authentic Southern American–style spot thats really good.The moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in for a good experience. The vibe is clean, welcoming, and has that warm energy that makes you want to sit down and stay a while. The food is legitimately good — flavorful, fresh, and you can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they’re serving. The drinks were just as solid, mixed well . The staff was super friendly and made the whole night smooth; Overall, it’s a great restaurant with great service, good food, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.

Love going to Lima Twist. The vibe is always great and chill. The manager goes above and beyond to make herself available to welcome and speak to guests even if it’s just to see how you are doing. Whether you want to be chill or catch a good fun vibe, It’s always a good time here.

I visited this lounge on Friday night with friends for drinks, food, and a good time. We arrived around 11 p.m., before the crowd became too busy. Upon arrival, we were told that in order to have a seat, there was a $500 minimum spend requirement. While we were there to dine and enjoy cocktails, it was surprising that such a high minimum was required just to be seated.
We decided to go to the bar instead, but unfortunately, the service there was extremely disappointing. The bartenders did not appear to have many guests to serve at that time, yet they were slow and inattentive. My friend asked three different times to place a drink order, but no one ever followed up or took our request. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with no service or acknowledgment, we decided to leave.
Overall, this experience was unprofessional and very discouraging. With so many other lounges in the area that prioritize good service and hospitality, I would not recommend this establishment based on our visit.

We stopped by at night. The music was pumping. The ambiance was amazing. Our bartender Mariah was not only beautiful but her drinks hit the spot. We got the margarita flights. To be able to sit down you had to have bottle service. But the bar was just perfect.

Stopped by for drinks. There were a few private parties but we were able to be seated at the bar. Bar seats are removed at 11pm to get people up and dancing. The bartender did her thing...The drinks were great...favorites, Twisted Berry Mojito and Lychee Tini
