Been here a few times. I was a little bit disappointed on the menu change. I was looking forward to my waffle and custom omelet. Overall the food was delicious and the mimosas were on point. Our waitress Miriam was very kind and attentive!

I really enjoyed our dinner at The Lincoln. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

We were so disappointed. Two of the beat items on the menu were not available. And although that doesn't sound like a big deal, the whole menu is only about 8 mains, so being out of two — including the signature pot pie — made the entire meal a disappointment. On the bright side, the service was kind, if not completely efficient.

Excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was amazing. The vibe was spot on. We left every happy!

Food was really good. Waiter was great. Waited 40 minutes for drinks and manager argued we were not there that long. It was strange and unhelpful management response There are definitely management issues with service.

Depressing atmosphere. Poor quality food. Doesn’t deserve your business. Many other places to try in DC

Had a memorable experience yesterday, thanks to Myriam, our server. She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the start — even invited me to come back for brunch, which was a thoughtful touch! What stood out most was her attentiveness, especially when it came to checking on allergies, which I really appreciated.
Oh, and she gave me a little tour — including a unique floor design that definitely caught my eye (you’ll know it when you see it 😄). Overall, Myriam’s energy and attention to detail made the visit special. Looking forward to coming back Sunday

Mariam was very pleasant and attentive to our group. There was a lot of miscommunication when ordering. When it was time to check out, she missed items for two guest which caused cards to be charged twice. She was very pleasant and attentive.

Was at Lincoln recently for a quick bite during happy hour. Hadn’t been to Lincoln, an Abraham Lincoln-themed, DC-based restaurant, in years, so it was good to check it out after such a long time.

The vibe and decor is all Lincoln-inspired from the penny covered bar to the mason jar lighting and Lincoln-themed art throughout the space.

In addition to the bar, there is outdoor seating and the main dining room.

The happy hour menu has a lot of classic dishes on it like chicken pot pie and mac and cheese, and both beef and pulled pork sliders.
It would be great if there were some veggie sides offered as well.

The chicken pot pie and Mac and cheese were good. Both dishes were hearty and flavorful appetizers. Lincoln’s mac & cheese was made with a Gouda cheese, which gave it a nice smoky taste. The chicken pot pie had a nice flaky phyllo dough topping with all of the chicken, veggies and sauce piping hot underneath.

The staff was nice. Shoutout to Ben the bartender!

Lincoln has been around the DC restaurant scene for over 10 years and is still a tried and true. If you’re a history buff, this is a good spot to grab a bite and a drink.

We had a great time stopping by for their new unlimited brunch options. The food was fresh, the service from Merie was amazing, everything came so quickly after ordering and the staff was so friendly.

The waffle bar was also fantastic. With so many overrated brunch places where you are rushed in and out, this is a place to check out

I used outdoor seating there was only one other table of about 4 people. Other guest got up and left. Which should have been my queue to do the same. The waitress was super attentive to the non African American guest vs my table of 2. They gave me tea with no spoon and watery honey. I also tried to use to the restroom only for the host to chase me down to say the bathrooms were out of order. So how are the employees washing their hands before returning back to work. Just nasty. Will not go back.
