Well done Logan Tavern! This past weekend you hosted us for a dinner that was part of a weekend-long celebration of our mother/aunt/grandmother/friend. Our gang (30 people) loved the space you gave us and the food was delicious. The brisket and the Mac and cheese were particularly good. In the past, I’ve enjoyed the burgers. I would definitely recommend swinging by the Tavern!
DC had a major storm and the manager had let his staff go home early. Even though they were closed, he said he could make some burgers and side salads. We really appreciate him taking care of us when they closed. Totally understood, but thankful he was willing to feed us!
I had another terrific experience at Logan Tavern! The staff are courteous and warm. I'd like to commend the customer service of Eva - she is kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. Logan Tavern is one of my neighborhood haunts and the staff and quality of food and drink keep bringing me back. A true gem!
The salmon miso was incredible! My husband really enjoyed his steak kabobs, too. The food was worth the walk on a bitter cold night.
Consistently good food and service. Our go to pre theater place. Huge portions. Staff very responsive.
Arrived on time for our 12:45 reservation and we were promptly seated. Placed our order within 10 minutes. Coffee arrived relatively soon. And then never saw our server again. At 1:50, walked to the server and manager to inquire about our food. It finally arrived at 2:00 and we asked for a coffee refill. The server never returned. At 2:10, walked to the server and manager with our cups and asked if I could fill them myself. Expressed disappointment to the manager. Coffee was returned by the server in 2 minutes but was cold. Overall deplorable service.
I used to frequent Logan Tavern often before moving from DC 5 years ago. Both the service and food were lackluster. Two items I tried to order were not available and the appetizer ordered preparation and recipe had downgraded ridiculously. My group settled up before ordering entrees and left w drinks full on table
Came here for lunch on a weekday when it was warm and humid outside. When I walked in the restaurant was not air conditioned. I asked the host if the AC could be turned on. He went to ask the manager and claimed the manager said he’d turn it on, and mumbled something about “he’ll work on it,” which made me think it was broken. I asked for clarification and was met with more mumbling. Either way, it was horrifically hot and stuffy in the restaurant. But if you want customers (to come back), you’re gonna have to spend money on making the atmosphere comfortable. If you can’t afford to do that, especially on weekdays when it’s not busy, then you should close the restaurant during the hours you don’t wanna spend money to keep it comfortable.

The service was good. The food was good. The only problem I had was the fact that it was a little pricey for my budget. If you can afford it, it's a great place to eat out.

We had fast and pleasant service, and they accommodated us arriving 30 minutes before our reservation due to a schedule change. Not only was the food absolutely stellar, but the atmosphere and vibe were perfect! Will definitely be coming again!

We came here for dinner before walking to the Lincoln Theater. We we're able to find meter parking across the street but there is also a parking garage for whole foods there. Fatimah was our server and the best part of our experience. She was kind, accommodating, and responsive which we don't usually see nowadays in hospitality workers. It was a lovely evening so we sat outside and got to people watch. I ordered half rack of ribs with french fries, it came with a salad and was quite delicious. My hubby's brisket was a little tough and would have been better with barbecue sauce. Overall a very nice experience!

Delicious food, brisket was still a little tough but very tasty. The ribs were very tender and juicy. Mac and cheese was super cheesy. Most of all, I was very impressed with our server. Fatima was a very kind and attentive young lady. Thank you for making our night out such a pleasure.

Food was great and Anne (with an E), was THE best! She truly made my experience with her conversation! First time eating here and will definitely dine in again during my next stay in DC

Unfortunately, the eggs benedict arrived as the equivalent of hard boiled eggs, a sacrilege! Disappointing.
