I celebrated important milestone at Lucha Rosa last night. The staff was very accepting and took great care of me and my guests, The food & cocktails were amazing in presentation and taste. All around it was a 5 star experience

I wanted to like Lucha Rosa but the music is absolutely too loud. I get trying to turn the place into a “club” after 8pm but it was too loud. I could barely hear the people I sat at the table with. We were screaming. The server could barely hear us, it was really sad.

Terrible service experience— rude, rushed us to leave quickly after we got there, and took the food from the table before we were done. We were celebrating a birthday but it was quickly soured

Food was good. Service was bad. Had to constantly flag down our waiter. He basically ignored us. Music was so loud you couldn't talk to each other.

The Lucha Rosa is a beautiful rooftop to host a small gathering of 10. Unfortunately our server was not excited to serve my group. We followed the rules ., gratuity was included so she got her tip . We were respectful but or service was horrible. We did periodically get help from another server/manager ( not sure) and she was amazing

The first time I visited this bar, I knew I had to return. The music was great; kudos to the DJ, he was playing reggaeton, Caribbean, and other popular music. I felt like the DJ read the room well.
I went back a second time the following week, but the vibes weren’t the same. The second DJ didn’t read the room as well and I ended up leaving after 30 minutes.

Young lady at desk to get to rooftop needs to be taught professional decorum and taught how to recognize VIP customers vs average customers. Especially those VIPs on a reservation. Spending authority is everything and those who are always looking to capitalize on those experiences. Who needs a bag dropped in today’s economy. Good luck on endeavors and hope this business learns fast how to stay in business.

We booked this reservation, but upon arrival the whole restaurant was closed. The bar staff on the first floor told us “The restaurant closed early today, the owners just kind of close it whenever they feel like it.”
